We have had a great week staying in this beautiful villa. The owner was wonderful to deal with. Very informative and responsive. The villa has everything you need and more. One of our favourite villas we have stayed in here in Florida. The added bonus of course is that it is very close to Disney. We would highly recommend to others and hope to stay again ourselves.

We had a wonderful time! Everything was clean and fun enough room for the whole family. There are a couple things that need updated but nothing your ordinary house don’t need to! We recommend this house!

Terry C.Lots of Room, Nice Pool, Quite Neighborhood
House has lots of room for a large group. The pool was a big hit with our granddaughter as well as the playhouse on the patio. Pictures in the listing are accurate. The Emerald Island Resort is great for walking and has a free 9-hole putt-putt course. The owner quickly responded to any issues that arose during our 3-week stay. She is very nice and the interaction were easy and friendly. The pool table and air hockey games were fun to use. The minor issues were: the lack of drawers or dressers in the bedrooms; and the couch in the lower family room was uncomfortable, but the upper family room couch was comfortable.

This house was even better than expected. It was very clean, spacious, and conveniently located to Disney. We had a total of 12 people and it was the perfect fit. Katrina was quick to respond with any question I had. We will definitely be back!
