Welcome to Mike and Sandy's patio home in The Villages!
This comfortable 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is in a quiet neighborhood central to many attractions and town centers. Everything you'll need is right here: screened lanai, fully equipped kitchen, queen beds in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), pillows and linens, second tv in the master, 2 full baths, full washer and dryer. WiFi is provided, but not cable tv. Roku is included so that you may log in to your personal streaming television services. A golf cart is not included, but can be rented on a weekly/monthly basis. Our site manager is a local resident who is only a phone call away.
Everything you'll need is all right here:
- Kitchen - fully equipped: dishes, glassware, flatware, serving bowls, pots and pans, cooking utensils, bakeware, slow cooker, mixer, toaster, coffee maker, etc.
- Bedrooms - Queen beds in each; dressers and chests of drawers; tv in the master; towels, pillows and linens
- Two full baths
- Washer and dryer just off the kitchen in the garage
So welcome to 2820 Burgos Drive! Just throw some things in a bag and come on down.

About the owner: Meet Mike and Sandy:
Mike is a retired Naval officer who, after visiting The Villages many times, thought it was time to become a Villager himself! "Many of my friends reside in The Villages, some part-time and some full-time, and on their recommendations and my own great experiences visiting, I decided the time was right to avail myself and my family of the lifestyle The Villages community offers."
Sandy is a DC/Southern Maryland native and retired from 32 years with the federal government. "With all the amenities The Villages has to offer, I knew that this vacation house would be a wonderful investment that both our families and friends would appreciate!"
Why this property? This property offers just the right mix of comfort and ease-of-care that allows one to relax in an unfussy, homey environment while still providing amenities that one wants and expects in a vacation setting.

I loved all the activities and meeting the neighbors and the friendly people when I participated in the activites.I even thought I would like to move there in a yearly rental. However, moving there at 81 by myself is impossible. I met alot of single woman and couples whom I became friends and they told me they moved down with spouses and signficant others.Sandra was very gracious letting us stay 4 extra, days, paying for the resident pass and leaving us money for our use.
