This well maintained 3 bedroom 2 baths home located in the renowned Lindfields Estate.
It is perfectly placed to maximize your family’s vacation fun here in the entertainment capital of Florida!
You will not want to miss this lovely vacation home close to Disney and on the doorsteps of local shopping areas.
This home is complete with an enclosed swimming pool that is accessed from the breakfast dining space. The Pool and Deck is fully enclosed. In the cooler months of the year the pool can be heated if requested at additional cost.
The Kitchen is fully equipped. There is a large American style fridge with integral ice maker, an electric cooker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dish washer, microwave plus all the necessary crockery, cutlery, etc. that you could possibly need.
Within the more formal lounge there is a flat screen Apple TV with cable or Netflix available to our guests as well as Wireless internet access. This lounge has two large, comfortable settees, where you can relax. There is a more formal dining space within this area of the villa.
The main open plan living space includes Bamboo style seating for relaxing and table and chairs ideal for breakfasts. There is additional seating at the breakfast bar. A truly family friendly space for the whole family to enjoy all at the same time!
NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed within the villa.
Hi speed WiFi and air con throughout the villa.
A refundable security deposit of $150 is payable prior to rental.
There are three ground floor bedrooms
Bedroom 1----King size bed- ensuite
Bedroom 2----Queen size bed
Bedroom 3----2 Twin size beds
The second bathroom serves bedrooms 2 and 3 as well as the common areas.
***POOL HEATING*** There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum. This house features only a Pool, the SPA feature is not available for this unit.
***PARKING AND GUEST ACCESS The guest will have the entire house for themselves. This house has a drive way that can accommodate 3/4 cars and overflow parking on the street

About the owner: Johanna and Stephen are a husband and wife team that manage reservations for 40+ private villa owners in the Disney Orlando area, most of these villas are listed on Florida Rentals. We have been operating now for over 15 years. We have owned a villa in Kissimmee near Disney for 20 years and know the area very well.
We will respond to your enquiry and provide a detailed quote, there are no hidden extras. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the booking form and provide a secure way for you to pay the $150 reservation deposit.
We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in advance.

Your villa has it's own private pool, luxury furnishings, lounge with large screen TV, fully air conditioned throughout, WiFi internet access, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with en-suite bathroom, and washing/drying facilities.
Before your arrival the villa will have a deep clean and full sanitization. You can be rest assured it will be spotlessly clean.

We employ a local management company to take care of each villa and they are available 24/7 to deal with any questions/issues during your visit to the villa.

Our family and friends were very pleased with the villa we rented. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Disney parks, shops, restaurants, etc are just a few minutes away.
