This Villa, newly build in 2024, is located in the heart of Cape Coral. Villa Stingray is ideal for up to 8 guests. Of course, relaxation is guaranteed. The villa features 4 bedrooms. All of them come with a comfortable king-size bed and a TV. If you want to go for a quick swim, you will love the 2 master bedrooms. Simply step through the glass door to reach the pool area.

The villa has 4 bathrooms. Walk-in showers provide easy access for older guests. In addition, the master bathroom features 2 lavatories and a bathtub.

A true highlight is the pool. Thanks to its Infinity design, you will enjoy unobstructed water views while swimming. Little guests can splash around in the shallow pool area. Sunbeds are available, and in the evening, the whirlpool offers premium relaxation. Unwind with your friends and watch the sun set behind the canal. Hobby chefs will love the villa´s kitchen. It offers plenty of space and comes with a free-standing kitchen isle. Amenities include an oven, stove plates, exhaust hood, XXL fridge, microwave, dishwasher and a variety of utensils – like toaster, kettle and coffee machine. Of course, there is enough cutlery and dishware for your whole family. Take a seat in the elegant dining area – or enjoy your food outside. The roofed section of the lanai has another dining table with 6 chairs. Barbecue fans are in for a treat. Thanks to an outdoor kitchen with grill, exhaust hood and running water, you can easily prepare BBQs.

IMPORTANT HOUSE RULES:
1. The use of the boat dock and the boat lift (if available) is only allowed for insurance reasons when renting boats from Vacation in Florida Inc. House customers will receive a 10 % coupon via e-mail after booking for our offers on
2. The price does not include electricity consumption. Electricity consumption will be charged after departure with 15ct. per Kwh. Consumption varies depending on the time of year as well as the use of the pool heater and air conditioning. The average cost of electricity per week is $35-$50.
3. Cleaning of the grill is not included in the cleaning fee. We ask you to clean the grill yourself after use. Cleaning by our cleaning team will be charged with additional $50. We provide all guests with consumables in the form of toilet paper, detergent and garbage bags free of charge for the first 2-3 days of your stay.
4. In case of a cancellation, we charge a handling fee of 5% on the payment amount already made. This fee is automatically offset against the refund.
5. The personal on-site check-in usually takes place the day after your arrival between 9:00 - 11:00 am and it is mandatory. The person who made the booking must be present in person and must be able to identify himself/herself (identity card).
