The #1 best thing about this property is the LOCATION. It is directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico! The area in front was recently torn down so you have direct views of the beach, gulf and sunsets!
The 2nd best thing about this property is It is adorable and cozy. It can sleep 4 adults and 2 kids or 2 adults and 4 kids. Flat Screen TVs in both bedrooms and the great room, high speed internet and wifi.
It has a dedicated golf cart that remains at the property for your rental. It is included in the rental but can be removed if you do not want it. It is a six passenger electric Bintelli Golf Cart and you can take it anywhere on AMI, Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach. Just not on the beaches themselves. But great for grocery shopping, dinners, lunches, beach's. You don't need to rent a car. We have an excellent UBER recommendation who will pick you up and bring you back to the airport.

Salty Seas was in a perfect location on AMI (almost at the very end if the island)...steps away from Bean Point. We had 12 people for a week stay and plenty of room. The house is a split level duplex with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room and living room on both levels. The upstairs had 1 king and 2 queens and the lower level had 3 kings. A wrap-around upper deck had seating and a great view of the ocean or the pool. The pool/spa were awesome and warm plus that area included a bar, a fridge, a TV and plenty of seating (at the bar, pool loungers and picnic table). Also floats, tube, and noodles were available to be used in the pool. The flat top Weber grill was spectacular to cook on and many other top notch appliances provided at Salty Seas. If you wanted to go to the beach everything was supplied for you - wagons, chairs, coolers, sand toys, & boogie boards!! The beach was accessible right across the street. White sand, some of the most beautiful colored water and you could watch the sunrise and set on the same beach by just walking around the point- can't think of many places this is even possible!! Plenty of things at the beach too....dolphins, birds, crabs, starfish, other fish (even caught a small shark one night), shells, boats, and a beautiful view!! Bikes and kayaks were other items furnished at the property too!! We opted to rent 2 six seater golf carts from our hosts which were used non stop to explore the island. They were quick and highly recommend versus a car rental. AMI had so many restaurants, snack places, shopping and etc. that we did not have truly enough time to see it all. Our hosts were also very responsive to answer questions or provide information when requested. I highly recommend the home, the hosts and AMI as a vacation spot. None of us wanted to leave!!

Four couples from four states, lifetime friends! This house was just perfect for our gathering. The kitchen(s) are well stocked, everything was clean and as expected. Loved exploring in the golf carts and walking on the beach! The pool and the hot tub area was a super place to laugh, relax, eat, and play games! And what a beautiful view of the Gulf!Salty Seas hit all the right buttons!

We had a family vacation with a total of 11 of us. Grandparents, kids, and grandkids. The location was perfect. Right across the street from the beach. The pool area was perfect for getting together and hanging out. It was nice having the duplex option so that there was some seperation but we all could get together for meals and socializing.We definitely would rent again. AMI is beautiful and relaxing. The hosts were great and worked with us. I highly recommend this place if you want to get away and relax.

What an amazing stay - beautiful accommodations ! Fantastic & fully equipped premium kitchen with absolutely everything we needed to enjoy cooking & getting ready to host a big Super Bowl barbecue in the stunning backyard — while enjoying the beautiful AAA++ pool, bar & TV extraordinary area & leisure spot to enjoy the sun with absolutely everything you need ! The new weber griddle grill worked perfectly to make yummy fabulous sandwiches, where we would put the buns face down on the grill ! The pool was stunning & sparkling clean - such fabulous lights everywhere to continue enjoying into the evening . Just a few short steps to an amazing sunset & beautiful walks on the beach & in town shopping — not to mention fabulous AMI restaurants . Bathrooms & bedrooms & lounge areas in the home were amazing . The hosts intuitively thought of absolutely everything that was necessary to make this a glamorous, fun & relaxing vacation spot ! Stunning views & very private, beautiful pool — wonderful bar area to gather around & enjoy noon to night ! Definitely ready for next years stay at the Salty Sea Inn . Our family stayed at Salty Sea’s in December, 2024. It had been recently renovated and was like staying at a 5 star hotel. The pool area was that of a resort-style. Every detail was thought of from plush chaise lounges to a stunning bistro kitchen stocked with ninja creami, slushy maker, and blenders. Huge TV and a led speaker with incredible sound! We most enjoyed the heated spa and pool after sunset which featured incredible lighting. The golf cart was brand new. The beach so close by, we watched nightly sunsets. This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!!!
