Beautiful south facing lakeside villa with electrically heated pool option. Great location for all the theme parks, Disney 20 mins, Seaworld 15mins, Universal 30 mins and Cocoa Beach/Kennedy Space Centre 45 mins. Local English management contact and fully inspected/licensed by the Florida Hotels Board. Accommodation consists of Master bedroom with large double size bed and ensuite, Further double and twin bed rooms with family bathroom. Well equipped breakfast kitchen with large fridge/freezer/icemaker, dishwasher, microwave etc. Double garage with washer/tumble dryer/iron and board. Large lounge/dining room with cable TV (basic channel line up), DVD and CD HiFi leads out to poolside dining area with pool chairs/sunloungers. One bedroom features Smart TV with streaming apps and is AIRPLAY compatible with iOS devices. All linen, bath and beach towels are provided along with hairdryer. Approx. 15 mins from Orlando International and 45 mins from Sanford Airport. Meet and Greet service and Welcome Packs available on request. Local restaurants, shops, banks and chemists all within 2 miles. We have a no pet policy.
Area Information
Situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Kissimmee close to the end of the Osceola Parkway which offers excellent access to all the major theme parks. Local shops, banks, takeaways and chemists are a short drive away. Local attractions include Boggy Creek Airboats, Gatorland and Lake Toho. Whether you are looking for the enchantment of Walt Disney World, the excitement of Seaworld/Universal Studios or simply to relax by the tranquil lake we are sure you will find this an ideal location. All bedrooms have TV's. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am and these can sometimes be adjusting depending on booking schedule. BBQ is not available due to home insurance restrictions.

Location was perfect, close to shops and food outlets. House was very comfortable, in a nice quiet neighbourhood and easy to find. Pool was great, no need to pay extra for pool heating as the temperature was warm. Check in was easy as we had received all the info when we booked. Had a small issue with a hairdryer which was sorted immediately. Would highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay at Alan’s house. It was clean and comfortable. He was very quick with any questions we had. The manager, Robert, was very prompt also. We had a problem with the pool heater but he took care of it in great time. The pool was clean and a big hit! The house is in a great location to all the amusement parks, stores and restaurants. We stayed here for almost 2 weeks, has everything you need, they are very quick to respond back to you if you have any issues or questions, the on site management we’re quick to get back to you also! Neighborhood is very friendly. We even extended our trip by an extra night and Alan was generous enough to give us the extra night for free which was fantastic!!! We didn’t spend much time at the house as we were at the parks everyday, it’s about 20mins to Disney and 15mins to universal close to all shopping and grocery stores. Would definitely stay again when we come back next year!

Everything was so accommodating. There was an issue with the pool heat in the beginning I contacted the property managers and within 24 hours there was a pool person there fixing the pool heat. It worked great after that. My main concern with the pool heat working was because I had my 9 month old baby with so the pool needed heated they did not disappoint. The house was a good match for myself, my fiancé and our 3 kids. There was a pack and play and a high chair there which was very helpful. It was comfortable in temperature the whole time. It made me feel like we were at our home away from home for 2 weeks.

Better than our expectations. Close to golf courses ,restaurants, grocers. The owner is accommodating and friendly. The rooms are neat, The TV has all the channels, the pool overlooks a peaceful lake, all at great value.

We are more than pleased with the spacious, clean home in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. The home could not be in a better neighborhood. It is very close to anything kids and adults would want during a vacation. The neighbors are friendly, the pond has lovely ducks just beautiful. We have no complaints/ concerns and will rent this home again in the future. Management is only a phone call away. Def. worth each penny.

We were really surprised at how spacious the house was. The screened in pool area was pure heaven. Very close to lots of shopping and wonderful parks. Even the neighbors on both sides were great. We enjoyed our trip. Looking forward to being able to rent another week soon.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS HOUSE!! MY FAMILY AND I WERE THERE FOR A COLLEGE SOFTBALL AND BASEBALL TOURNAMENT AND THE LOCATION OF THIS HOUSE WAS PERFECT!! I REALLY DID THINK THIS WAS A SCAM AND THAT THE HOUSE WASNT REAL FOR THE PRICE I PAID FOR THE 8 DAYS WE WERE THERE!! BUT IT WAS ABSOLUTELY REAL AND BEAUTIFUL!! I WILL DEFINITELY RENT HERE AGAIN AND I TOLD EVERBODY I KNOW IN CHICAGO ILLINOIS ABOUT THIS PLACE!! Wow!! This house is perfect! We had an amazing time in Florida and this house was great for our family. We had 6 people and the house had plenty of room. The set up is very welcoming! We paid extra to have the pool heated and thankful we did, it was chilly at night so the pool would have been too cold to use. Paying for the heat allowed us to use it everyday!!! Beautiful view and nice neighborhood. Alan was so responsive to any questions we had through email. We will definitely be back!

What a wonderful house. The pool, the space, the location was just perfect. We visited Universal Parks and Disney within minutes and had time to swim each evening in the beautiful refreshing private pool. We didn’t want to leave! We had a great time in this home. everything you need is there. The pool was great we paid a little extra to have it heated, well worth it. All the restaurants and shops are all very close, We definitely would would stay again, My wife and I and her brother and wife have been coming to Florida the last 3 years.
