Unique Benefits
We fell in love with this building after staying here a couple years in a row because of the size of the balcony and the neighborhood. Its on the newer end of PCB away from all the nonstop traffic but an easy drive to get to all the activities PCB has to offer.
Area Information
Front Beach road condo, parking under the building. Very quiet area with easy access to all the action but avoiding the traffic. Less than a mile walk to Thomas Donut and a 1.5 mile trip to Carousel for all you grocery and beverage needs.
Favorite Places To Eat
Thomas Donuts for amazing morning donuts and Kolaches is a 20min walk.
Coconuts is 15min walk with the best Mahi Mahi tacos
Our most favorite ocean side dinning is right on our own balcony!
Inside Scoop
Carousel grocery is less than 2 miles west of the condo, locals love it for the great meat and wine selection with prices that cant be beat.
