Villa Seaside pool villa with jacuzzi with only jets, with a lovely view over the Mohave Lake, Cape Coral. Pool and patio facing west towards the sunsets.
Villa Seaside has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom with private bath with sliding door towards the pool area, one guestroom with sliding doors to the pool area, one guest rooms has 1 king size bed and one queen size bed and both share one bathroom. Bedrooms TV´s only for use with a computer or iPad no cable.
The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. Well equipped with ice maker and microwave. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer in the house.

Lanai under roof with dining table that seats 6 guests. BBQ - with an extra tank propane in the garage.
Big dock with lots of space for sun lounges.

Spenat three weeks at this house. Good location to local Walmart and good morning walk opportunities. The proximity to Pelican is slightly annoying from a noice point of view, but manageable. The view from the patio is great and the pool area is largely undisturbed from neighbours. The pool system is in need of an update, it was 24 C the first few days and not adjustable. After the technician had been there it switched to 31 C, again not adjustable. Quite comfortable though. The beds need an update, probably both the frames and the mattresses, as all are quite squeaky. Susanne, who looks after the place, is very good and willing to rapidly fix issues. All in all, a comfortable stay.

Great location, very quiet and awesome view of the lake. A beautiful sunset every evening. The broker Susan for the rental is a sweet heart .She take care of everything within a snap of fingers. If you have a problem or a concern, she will take care of it right away. We would have give five stars just for that. The house was very clean and well equipped. The only thing that is unfortunate is the landscape which is poorly maintained. Could be because of Ian hurricane ...who knows! We really enjoy our vacations at this place and appreciated our stay. Thanks to Susan again.

The house was beautiful. Closest beach was Fort Myers. Due to the hurricane a lot of stuff was still closed down in the area and definitely on Sanibel Island. Had issues with the hot tub. They came and fixed the very next day. The bugs were crazy so make sure you bring plenty of bug spray. Overall the stay was great and the vacation couldn't have gone better. The house had everything you needed.
