Carlton Lakes, located at the corner of Immokalee Road and Livingston Road, is a beautifully landscaped, gated community.
It is located 20 minutes from downtown Naples and Fort Myers and close to restaurants and at walking distance major shopping centers which include Oakes Farms Seed to Table Market, Publix, Super WalMart and Super Target.
Only a 10 minute drive to a public beach, Delnor Wiggins Pass beach, where the water is crystal clear. If you do not feel like driving you can walk 2 minutes to the street pool or 5 minutes will get you to the Clubhouse. Where you can spend your afternoons at a 4,600 square foot Amenity Center by playing cards or socializing, you will find an Olympic size pool, 4 lighted Har-Tru Clay Tennis Courts, Bocce Court, a private fishing pier and a large well equipped fitness centre. 5 star rental and a Great Find in a beautiful part of Naples Florida .The owner was an extremely accommodating host for all of our needs . The additional extras to this property were an area pool ,,community center with additional pool that also offered social opportunities and several tennis courts and leagues and fitness center. The location near Seed to Table had grocery shopping Extroidinaire . The location was ideal .

If you were looking for a small paradise of tranquility and comfort, you have found your oasis surrounded by greenery overlooking the lake. This beautiful house offers every comfort you want and, thanks to the availability of the landlord, your holiday will truly be unforgettable. The enviable location, just a few minutes of drive from the white and warm beach, from the large shopping centers where you can do incredible deals, from the center of Naples where you can find the best restaurants, makes Carlton Lakes the ideal residence. Around you, you will find the nature of Florida, where you can go for a walk, two swimming pools and tennis courts. A truly special place.The house is furnished with great taste, very clean, comfortable, with all the objects necessary for comfort in their place. The beds are new and ideal for rest. Everything works wonderfully including the little pluses that the host offers to guests, such as the Italian espresso machine, which make the stay in Carlton Lakes in this accommodation truly unforgettable. Imagine having breakfast or dinner while observing the sun reflecting on the beautiful lake of the residence: an experience that we highly recommend and that you can do since the bright dining room window offers just that. Among other things, it is also a house that offers the right peace of mind if you need to concentrate for work, as happened to me with my job as a journalist.Expertise, kindness and professionalism of the landlord, with that pinch of Italian style that makes the difference, made me and my family spend a holiday days we can't wait to repeat.We highly recommend Mr. Santi’s house for your holidays.Luca Avenati, Italy
