The modern furnished villa with 2.000 ft² has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV. In the spacious living and dining area you can find a place to relax on the couch. The large LED TV in the living room is connected to the Internet and also has a German program.
Meals can be enjoyed at the glass table in the light-flooded bay window overlooking the lake, as well as with guests at the large dinner table. On the covered terrace there is also a table for 6 persons. In the evening, grilling on the terrace is a pleasure for the whole family. A classic large American gas grill is available.
The spacious pool deck is oriented to the southwest and invites you to sunbathe until late in the afternoon. The pool contains mild salt water and has a very modern solar system, so it can be heated for free all year round. An electric heater can be booked additionally if required. A screen keeps the insects off. The view from the pool deck over the wide lake is pure relaxation.
The fully equipped modern kitchen contains all modern appliances as well as plenty of cutlery and crockery. There are also plenty of towels for the bathroom, pool and beach in the closets. Of course you can also use the washing machine and dryer. Change linen and cot are also available. In addition to 2 bicycles and 1 childrens wheel, there are also beach chairs, beach toys and a parasol in the garage. With the game collection, you can have fun with the whole family in the evening. German and English books for the beach can be found in the built-in wardrobe.

The very well maintained community has illuminated sidewalks and is guarded around the clock. Just 15 minutes away are the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, Naples Pier and Downtown Naples. The nearest supermarket is approximately 3 miles away, the large Coastland Shopping Mall and many restaurants are also only a few miles away.
In addition to 2 large heated swimming pools, there is a fitness center, a basketball court, a beach volleyball court and 2 tennis courts, as well as a great children's playground in the residential complex Briarwood. Everything is available to our guests for free of charge. In the evening you can go for a walk or jog on the illuminated sidewalks.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in der Villa Lakeside.. Diese ist mit allem Comfort eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Den Salzwasserpool haben wir sehr genossen. Klasse ist auch, dass man sich bei den bekannten Streamingdiensten mit eigenen Konto einloggen kann. Durch die Security am Eingang des Courts haben wir uns jederzeit sicher gefühlt. Vom Briarwood Court sind Geschäfte, Restaurants und Strände gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Auch Ausflüge in die Everglades oder Miami kann man an einem Tag gut bewerkstelligen. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub an den wir uns gerne zurück erinnern.

It's also great that you can log in to the well-known streaming services with your own account. The security at the entrance to the court made us feel safe at all times. Great location, spacious and fully equipped home - everything you need for a fun vacation. We’re currently staying at this home and have no complaints. The neighborhood is quiet and sits safely behind a manned gate. It’s located close to restaurants, beach, shopping and entertainment.
