This is our latest collaboration, "Sol y Mar"....Location Location Location! Imagine your home just steps to the ocean with white sand between your toes and glowing emerald water. Relax at the world renown - Fort Myers Beach - just 200 steps from your doorstep via our deeded beach entrance.
Upon entering "Sol y Mar", you immediately feel the calming ambiance of the decor featuring blues, greys, and whites - the perfect accompaniments to the ocean. You have found your "zen"....
Enjoy the partial ocean view in the quiet morning sunrise while sipping a fresh brewed cup of coffee on your private terrace. Soak up the rays of the warm Florida sun and enjoy dining with a family BBQ. At night, appreciate the amazing sunsets of golden oranges and pinks while chatting with a glass of wine.
The unique decor sets "Sol y Mar" apart from all the others. Appreciate all the details. Enjoy the guilty pleasure of watching a little Netflix in your own room. Cook up some fish tacos with your complete kitchen. Six guests will fit comfortably with a king bed and en-suite bath, guest room w/ queen bed with bathroom/tub outside the door, and one queen size sleeper sofa. High quality linens and towels complement your plush cooling memory foam mattresses. Sink into the 14" memory foam with pillow top in the master bedroom. Enjoy a soak in the bath.
We are located mid-island, so you can walk to everything from here or take the trolley. Bike paths make it an enjoyable ride. Parking is available on-site.
We rent to mature adults and families only. A lease and photo id will be required. This is a family friendly street and not suitable for a rowdy crowd. 4 adults max. 2 children.
Relax! If you can imagine it, it can be yours. Our home at "Sol y Mar" is your home! Please look at the map, we are not OCEANFRONT but we have direct beach access via a deeded path to the ocean. This property is a duplex.

We are the actual owners and you will book directly through our website LetsGoPDC. Feel free to take a look there. We have three units currently available...two other two bedrooms and which one has a screened terrace.
There is no way to reflect the 3.9% credit card fee here so it is show at simply $1. The 3.9% if paid via credit will be added. Other payment methods not requiring fees to either party, this will be waived.
