This beautiful and luxurious home is located in an upscale neighborhood close to everything. Recently remodeled and updated the home is nestled among giant Oak trees along a wooded stream, yet shopping, entertainment and the beaches are only a few minutes away.
Situated on a large private property with a circular driveway, it is completely fenced and has a beautiful screened-in recently refinished heated pool. There's a large covered lanai with BBQ grill and pool bath with all new pool deck and patio tiles.
With its 2-car garage, laundry area, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, living room, family TV room, dining room and fabulous kitchen, it is simply ‘Paradise’.
The ideal layout includes split bedrooms with a master suite leading directly to the pool area that includes a king size bed and king size bath with spa tub, walk-in shower, his and hers vanities and enclosed toilet. It also has a large HDTV, DVD player, an impressive walk-in closet and a wall safe.
The other two bedrooms are located towards the rear and each room has two beds with walk-in closets. A crib and high chair are available. There are two family areas plus a dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There’s even a wine cooler. There’s HD cable with hundreds of channels and wireless ‘high’ speed internet access.

Golf is close by with the beautiful Pasadena Golf Club course directly across the street.
This home is less than 5 minutes from the largest mall in the city surrounded by endless supermarkets, shopping centers, restaurants and bars. Fort Desoto Park which was voted as one of the top five national parks in America is less than 20 minutes away. Enjoy serious fishing off the Skyway Bridge piers. Tropicana field which is home to the Tampa Bay Rays as well as the NY Yankees spring training facility are also close by.
In 35 minutes is Tampa Airport and downtown Tampa with The Port of Tampa attractions such as the aquarium, RiverWalk, numerous museums, convention center and the famous Ybor City entertainment district. Another ten minutes takes you to Busch Gardens or the Hard Rock Casino, the largest in Florida featuring over 4,000 slot machines. St Pete/Clearwater International airport is also only 20 minutes away.

My children and I love staying in this part of Florida. This vacation was exceptional for us. I took the kiddos to Woodys at St John's pass to jet ski. There are always some dolphins to swim at our feet. Elizabeth was the best host that I've ever had the opportunity to work with. She responded quickly with any questions, comments, or concerns. I have to say that this home was a 10 out of 10. There was plenty of space and it is stocked with games and puzzles. The home is close to all the activities, yet far enough that we weren't sitting in traffic and chaos. We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you Elizabeth!

We've been staying at this house twice a year since 2017 and we cannot wait for our next visit. The house is spacious, perfectly maintained and just a wonderful place, whether you want peace and quiet, spend your time at the beautiful beaches (10 minutes by car), go on a shopping spree (Ellenton outlets are close by) or visit the parks in Orlando. Supermarkets are basically just around the corner and if you want to make your own food, the big kitchen has everything you could ask for. The pool is larger than at most other rentals. With 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms the house is perfect even for bigger families or a group of friends looking for a getaway. Elizabeth, the owner, is a joy to work with and does everything in her power to make your stay pleasant and memorable.

Your home is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The kitchen is wonderfully equipped with everything you would need. Our group of 5 (3 sisters and 2 grown children/nieces) stayed for 7 nights and it was the perfect place for us. Very comfortable and spacious which allowed us to hang out together but also provided the space for quiet time if needed. Our host, Elizabeth made us feel very welcome and totally at home!

GREAT HOUSE Loved the fenced in yard and enclosed pool! Kitchen was well stocked and great for family entertaining. Bedrooms were spacious and mattresses were very comfortable. Beautiful home with enclosed pool and fenced in yard! Kitchen was well stocked! Bedrooms x 3 were spacious and mattresses were so comfortable! My family and I came down and we stayed at Elizabeth Gregory‘s home in Saint Petersburg Florida. It was approximately 3 to 5 miles to St. Petersburg Beach pending on which end of the beach you wanted to visit. Her home is a very comfortable and we felt right at home. The pool was gorgeous the amenities were beyond reproach and her attentiveness and availability during our stay was wonderful. We felt truly blessed to find this gem of a home which my family and I plan on turning into a yearly visit.

My son played at the 16U world series at Baseball City tournament.We were 10 minutes from the park. Only 12 minutes from the beach.The house and pool were great. Fenced yard for my little boys was a worry off my mind.I highly recommend this home.

We stayed here earlier this month in July and the home is AMAZING! Perfect location close to everything , very quiet neighborhood . We couldn’t have asked for anything more . Claudia was amazing to work with and greeted us when we arrived . Love how spread out the home is and the master bedroom is amazing , kids loved the pool and we spent more time relaxing outside in the covered porch than anything ! We will definitely plan to rent this home again!

We had such a wonderful, relaxing time here that it was hard to say goodbye at the end of our stay! The house is open and airy, with a huge pool, fabulous master suite, and a fully appointed kitchen perfect for cooking delicious meals to be enjoyed on the lanai.Our toddler loved splashing in the pool (the house comes with an easy-to-install, secure safety fence!), running around the large yard, and watching for the turtles who live in the sweet little creek that runs adjacent to the property. There is even a playground less than a five minute walk away, which was an unexpected treat. We felt safe letting him explore the house because of it's openness and the pool safety fence, and that really added to our relaxation.The location of this house is great - close to beaches, dining, and shopping. Very convenient. We enjoyed some great meals and sunsets on the water in Gulfport and St. Pete during our two week stay. But honestly, the house itself is so comfortable and had everything we wanted, that we ended up grilling on the lanai, lounging in the pool, and generally relaxing at home much more than we anticipated. We had initially considered a condo, and were SO glad we went with this inviting, private home instead.We are already planning a trip back next year. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful week we had here at Royal Paradise. It is a private peaceful hideaway with luxury accommodations and bright open spaces. When we first arrived we had many activities on our itinerary but the lanai and pool area provided hours of relaxation. It looks out into the back yard that has plenty of room for sunbathing and for children to play. The kitchen is spacious with granite countertops and lighting to suit any mood. The open floor plan offers two living areas with all the comforts of home and more.When we were ready to step out there is so much to do only minutes away. We took the ferry to Tampa and visited the Aquarium. The quaint town of Gulfport, right on the water, provided specialty shopping, a market place and restaurants.The owner is friendly and very accommodating. We highly recommend this hidden Paradise and we look forward to returning in the future.Joanne & Lee Ann

This was a large three bedroom, recently remodelled house on a large lot, with good separation between the neighbors. The heated pool was recently re-decked. It is close to St. Pete's beach with all the amenities, lots of dining options and water-based activities. The property manager was very attentive in making sure we had everything we needed for our visit.
