This 2-bedroom 2 bath Ocean Front 5th floor unit has views you can't believe until you see it! This unit was totally remodeled in 2021 and features new furnishings through out!

This unit features 1,275 square feet, with the living area and both bedrooms having fantastic views. The floor plan is split with a bedroom on opposite sides of the central living area. With our Queen Sleeper couch, we can have up to 6 guests.

An elevator renovation project is underway and management has ensured an operational lift is available. The perimeter fencing of the tennis court is also under renovation.

Unique Benefits

You will feel like you are surrounded by water during your stay. The building features a weight room, billiard room, and table tennis room on its club level. Sorry no photos yet because we have brand new equipment coming in!

We are on the BEACH, and have a great heated pool!!

Very convenient with a Publix Grocery only 1 mile away, ice cream shop across the street, plus pizza, seafood, and other restaurants minutes away. We are only 2 miles north of the Dunlawton Bridge in Port Orange.

Beautiful Condo
