Enjoy stories, artifacts and art collected by the owner over 20+ years of international travel, spanning 100 countries. This home has been lovingly decorated and this 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home featuring garden facing lanai is available to rent from March 30, 2024 for a minimum of 2 weeks.
Excellently located near the commercial heart of Marco Island, it is within walking distance (i.e. 12-15 mins or less) from approximately 2 dozen bars and restaurants, as well as 2 grocery stores and numerous shops and other facilities.
Being a seasoned traveler myself, the space is outfitted with many local guides, books, menus and recommendations to help you maximize your enjoyment of this unique part of Southwest Florida. Questions? Ask me anything.

2 level townhome featuring 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
The Main Level features the kitchen, living room, screened in garden facing Lanai, full sized washer + full sized dryer + half bath.
Second level includes master bathroom with king size bed, en suite master bathroom (remodeled in 2021) and generously sized walk-in master closet with plenty of shelving and storage space. Guest bedroom features Queen size bed with JW Marriott signature mattress, closet space and a full bath with tub + shower off the hallway.
A recently resurfaced outdoor HEATED pool is mere steps from your vacation home. Featuring a tiki hut, reclining chairs for sunbathing, a brand new gas grill and a beautiful newly re-surfaced patio for your enjoyment. Soak in the sun in the afternoon, enjoy your happy hour under the tiki cabana and grill up some of our local seafood on the grill for dinner. After hours, take a 5 minute walk to the waterfront Esplanade for ice cream and some star gazing.

Many Marco Island rental units are in large, crowded, multi-level condominium developments where units are stacked on top of one another and you can hear your neighbors on all sides. At Sand Star Villas, there are only approximate 18-20 units arranged in two townhouse rows; no neighbors above or below you. The community is exceptionally quiet and is virtually never fully occupied, even during high season.
Many condominium developments on the island require you to park in a parking garage and walk a very long way, upstairs, by elevator and around past other units to reach your unit. At Sand Star Villas, you park directly in front of the unit and within 8-10 steps are comfortably inside the unit.

Marco Island vacation!
My wife and I loved our Marco stay!! The condo is in excellent shape and nicely furnished! It had all of the amenities for the beach, pool and dining in. Matt was very attentive to our questions and easy to work with. Highly recommend this condo and hope to stay again!

Quiet condo on Marco
Location is ideal - walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. Condo is sunny, pleasant and comfortable, equipped with nice extras like propane grill, beach chairs, cooler, plenty of towels. Host is great!-professional, reachable, responsive and accommodating. Neighbors ( owners and renters) are friendly. It was nice having no pets in complex. Heated pool was warm enough most days- on colder air temp days, pool cooled down a bit too much. Enjoyed our stay in this quiet location and plan to rent again next year.
