- No direct contact with the neighbors unless you want to just say hi.
- The pool and amenities in it are gated, access is limited just to the residents and guests. The area is big enough to have social distance if needed. You will get an entrance code to get there.
- In this area of Naples, you will find a lot of dining outside, and food deliveries from local restaurants and shops.

Payment Policies
The owner of this property requires a 1/3 payment to reserve the property and a total of 3 payments with final payment due 90 days prior to occupancy. If booking is made less than 90 days prior to occupancy, full payment will be required at time of booking.
Personal checks require two weeks time for check to clear.
6% percent Florida Tax and 5% percent Collier County tourist taxes (11% total)will be added to the monthly rental fee as required by FL.
Cancellation Policy:
90 days before date of occupancy = forfeit 50 % of total contract amount
60 days before date of occupancy = forfeit 100 % of total contract amount
Cancellation fees will be refunded or reduced if we find full or partial coverage with another client. We recommend renter considers personal traveler insurance.

Home Away From Home!
We had a wonderful 3-month stay in this ideally located, quiet, 3rd floor condo that overlooks a 7th green and beautiful water view. The accommodation is very clean, has a well-equipped kitchen, and new appliances throughout. The owners are terrific people too! We highly recommend staying here!

A very clean, comfortable, 3rd floor condo with a spectacular view of the 7th green and a pond. The location is quiet and the property well-maintained. The kitchen is well-equipped; there are new appliances throughout the condo. Owners are extremely kind, thoughtful, and responsive. Highly recommend based on our 3-month stay.
