Great location in Destin. Easy walk to the beach. My wife is a clean freak and she was amazed at how clean the condo was and the whole facility. Rick was very responsive to questions we had prior to booking and after. Great hosts and a great place to stay! We will be back!

Just stayed for 2 weeks in this great & very clean condo. Third floor has beautiful views and extremely close beach access!! Rick is a very nice person and attentive owner and responds quickly to all communications. Easy in and out, comfy beds & very well stocked kitchen!! Nice pool and hot tub! We�ll be back ASAP!! Thanks Rick!!

Awesome place to stay!!

We loved everything about this place. It was very clean, perfect size for a family of 3 and had everything we would need inside of the condo! It was less than a minute walk from the beach and had a great view of the beach for the balcony. The owners were very helpful and accommodating as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone :)
