A stunning, larger than average 4 Bed 3 Bathroom villa.
There are 2 sitting rooms both with lots of comfortable seating. Both rooms have large screen TVs, ideal for when the adults want to watch the latest sports programme whilst the kids enjoy the latest Disney film. Netflix subscription is also included giving you an even wider choice of TV programmes.
Full air con and hi-speed WiFi throughout.
The dining room has a large, formal table that seats 8 for dinner.
The kitchen has new appliances, granite counters, plenty of dishware and space for even the most accomplished of chefs. There is a large breakfast bar in the kitchen for casual dining.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom and 40" TV. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, ensuite and TV. The third bedroom has a queen sized bed. The fourth bedroom is a twin with beautiful cartoon characters hand painted on the walls.
There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer.
Our villa has it’s own games room with table football.
Outside we have a private pool with chairs and sun loungers for your use. There is also a gas BBQ.
Our local management team is always available to assist you with any needs you may have.
Strictly no smoking inside the villa, and strictly no pets.

About the host: Johanna and Stephen are a husband and wife team that manage reservations for 40+ private villa owners in the Disney Orlando area, most of these villas are listed on Florida Rentals. We have been operating now for over 15 years. We have owned a villa in Kissimmee near Disney for 20 years and know the area very well.
We will respond to your enquiry and provide a detailed quote, there are no hidden extras. Once you are happy with the quote we will send you the booking form and provide a secure way for you to pay the $150 reservation deposit.
We have many repeat guests that book more than 12 months in advance.

We arrived at 0300pm it was easy to get the key open the house went inside ,the house was cold and clean.W went to sleep for a few hours and wake up.The house was very very clean,Thre kitchen is full eqiuped with everything.The pool was a blessing.We enjoy our stay again in Orlando.We recommed ed this house for everybody who want to enjoy a vacation with CERO and my Family Many thanks to the Brown family .we reallyyyyyyyyy enjoy.I have your email adress. thanks.

A wonderful house situated in a great location close to disney universal In Orlando International Airport. House and pool area were very clean. No issues with entering the community, great lake and park area for kids. The only issue but not really an issue is not having some basic staples available like salt and pepper, cooking oil etc. Little things like that instead of having to buy and waste those things maybe just to have them left there by whoever decides to purchase them. Would definitely rent this house again?

Enjoyed our winter vacation at this Florida rental. It had all the comforts of home- everything we needed. The pool was really nice as the weather was much warmer than normal. It was close to shopping & golfing & in a safe gated community. The management was quick to respond to any issue we had. We have rented from this company several times and will do so again. JUDI A V.Great house with everything you need, Alot of space and the pool is a real plus.
Close to all Disney attractions, nearby shopping and restaurants. The house is spacious clean and has everything you need. We can't wait to go back. It also has a nice club house and a big pool and hot tub.

Home is in a gated community with 24 hour security which provides a worry free place to wind down after hectic day. Would re-book with Stephan on future vacations in the Orlando area.

This villa was very spacious and was more than capable of accommodating my family during our stay. I’d loved the location. It is t far from the theme parks. It is securely located in a gated community with nice amenities. It is very convenient to restaurants and shopping as well. My family really enjoyed staying here. We went to celebrate my son's high school graduation, the house was spacious and clean! No air conditioning in the playroom(garage) area, but overall it was a nice stay for us.

The villa was everything as represented in the listing. Easy to Disney and other area attractions. It was larger than we needed when it was just my wife and I, but when the kids and grandkids came it was perfect. Never felt like we were crowded.
