Looking out from either from the 16th floor balcony or from the floor-to-ceiling windows in the master bedroom and living room, you will not be disappointed. Jade East is a gated community with a sea-side pool, hot tub and work out room. High-end amenities, luxurious furnishings, and a private balcony are just some of the things you’ll enjoy when you stay here!

Two bedrooms and two bathrooms make this just the right size for six guests but can accommodate seven. 1630 offers a king in the master suite with full bath including a walk-in shower, whirlpool tub and granite vanity, walk-in closet, flat screen tv, ceiling fan, panoramic views of the coast with floor-to-ceiling windows as well as a glass door to the balcony! The Guest room offers two queens, flat screen tv, ceiling fan and large closet. A pocket door separating the guest bedroom and bathroom from the main living space offers privacy when it's time to relax. The living room has a pull-out couch, flat screen tv, ceiling fan, ceiling to floor windows/doors to the balcony, granite wet bar and views for days! Although Destin is full of delicious local restaurants, Jade East Towers 1630 features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops, allowing you to cook to your heart’s content. Bask under the sun in the beachfront pool, or simply take a few steps to experience our soft white sand with a beach setup (2 chairs & 1 umbrella) can be added on! Take a dip in the hot tub or work up a sweat at the on-site fitness room or on one of the two outdoor tennis courts. A basketball hoop hides on the backside of the grounds next to the boat and bike wash station. After a day spent fishing on one of Destin’s charter boats, bring your fresh catch back to grill with friends and family!

Located in Downtown Destin, Jade East Towers is within walking distance of fun attractions like Big Kahunas Water Park and The Track, as well as many delicious restaurants. Harbor Walk Village is just a short drive away as well, where you’ll enjoy an endless day of fun!

Additionally, should you have housekeeping or maintenance needs, simply contact your Hospitality Specialist. Though we are available 24 hours a day, unless the issue urgent, please contact us during regular business hours between 8 am and 8 pm.
