Just wanted you guys to know how much we love the house and the community. We have been coming to Islamorada for over 15 years and almost always have rented houses in Lower Matecumbe. I remember visiting the model home when this community was being built. I think without a question this is the best place I have rented. It’s so quiet and sharing the pool has been no problem as I am the only person I have seen out there!
Definitely hope to become one of your long term renters.

It was so convenient being right across from Robbie’s! We walked across street for lunch or to feed the tarpon. We were within five miles from all the great Islamorada restaurants and a 90 min drive to key west for day trip. Loved having the dock and little beach and pool too. Nice roomy place and very clean!

The location was perfect for us since we wanted to explore all of the Florida Keys. The house was better than the photos can show. The main bedroom was absolutely stunning. We spent so much time on the large patio off the living room. We went to Robbie’s...has so many activities. We rented kayaks, took a jet ski tour, shark fished at night and fed the tarpon. Tarpon Point is very quiet and relaxing! It was a perfect place to spend our family vacation!

This house was roomy enough to easily house my elderly parents, my kids (plus in-laws) and my wife and I. We did enjoy the small pool and ... there's lots of sea life in and around the beach. Crabs, fish and small sharks can be seen from the dock. My wife loved preparing meals in the dream kitchen. The balcony provided a scenic place to enjoy coffee. Towels and beach toys were available. We all did not want to leave by weeks end.

This house had all the space and amenities to spend an outstanding week with 5 adults and 2 grandkids ages 4 and 2. We had 3 floors and an elevator to roam freely, and no worries of the kids taking off because it’s a small gated community. Each bedroom has its own bath and balcony. We had read wonderful reviews of The Beach House At Tarpon Point, and the reality lived up to our highest expectations. The home was very clean and very well equipped with everything we would have wanted. We used the kayaks and visited Robbie’s for several meals and jet ski rentals. It was a terrific week….very relaxing and incredible ocean view….we would highly recommend the home for a large family or a number of couples traveling together.

I spent a week here in Feb 2023 with 7 friends. There is plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. It’s a very relaxing property which was just what I needed. Robbie’s is right across the road and a very “chill” place to hang out with lots to do without having to drive any where. The accuracy of listing only got 4 stars because of the “sandy beach”. While, yes, there is sand, it has shells and small rocks in it and there is no way you are going to go out and swim at this beach. The pier is amazing with several nurse sharks that hang out there. The osprey are enjoying to watch as well. We had a small issue upon check in but the hosts corrected it immediately and were easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again!!!

This was exactly as described. Beautiful. The whole family of 7 slept comfortably. The kids fished and caught sharks off the small pier at the property. Pool was fabulous. Close too shopping and restaurants. Drive to Marathon was not bad at all. We took a fishing charter off shore on the Singing Reel. All I can say is you have to stay at this property as long as there are no more than eight people going. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

My family loved this rental property on Tarpon Point in Islamorada in the Keys. The home was spacious, clean, and well-kept. The owner (Sam) always responded quickly. The pool was heated and most days there were barely people there, so we had it to ourselves. AC and wifi worked well. Robbie's was across the street and had great food, as well as snorkeling. We spent lots of time on the porches, reading and relaxing. I'd go back again or recommend it to a friend! *FYI- the beach out front is short and like ground rocky sand- it isn't the long beach one can walk on for miles, which I understand is typical for the Keys. A vacation here is more about relaxing, swimming in the pool, boating, snorkeling, and such. It was a nice change after having vacationed elsewhere in Florida. Loved the elevator too, for groceries and luggage!

Your house was absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much. 3 of us enjoyed kayaking a few days, we enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck watching the osprey. Even kept an eye on about 5 nurse sharks under the dock. Community was very nice too. All the rooms were very clean too.

We couldn't have asked for a better getaway and the Beach House only made it that much more perfect. The location directly across from Robbie's was super convenient for shopping, dining, and water activities which we took advantage of often. The house was super clean, had everything we needed, plus had AMAZING views from the master and main living space! We traveled with our 3 teenage sons and the extra family room was a perfect hangout for them when we were just relaxing. The boys loved fishing off the pier while my husband and I just really enjoyed observing all the marine life (several nurse shark right under the pier, lobster and a small hammerhead). Another thing I loved was watching the osprey each day. All in all, a perfect getaway and I would definitely come back and stay at the Beach House!

When my family entered the house they were all speechless. The gorgeous furnishings, excellent floorplan and exquisite view took our breath away. It was even better than we expected. Everything was perfect. We stayed at the house the entire week. The kayaks and paddle boards kept us all busy. We enjoyed fishing from the pier as well as from the kayaks. The location was perfect as Robbie's was immediately across the street. We took advantage of Robbie's charter fishing and snorkel opportunities and had wonderful experiences. Having the restaurant right there was an added bonus. We highly recommend this property and hope to return!
