This family owned and managed second floor property is located in the quiet Naples Keep community within the highly sought Palm River Estates. Amazing location. It's a very livable, quiet, clean, and comfortable condo with new living room furniture and area rug. It's three miles from the beach, less than one mile to a lovely park (with tennis and pickleball courts), and close to many stores and restaurants including Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. We also provide a desk, fold-out desk, and printer for people who might want to work remotely.

The kitchen was recently redone and the unit is well furnished. Even the dishes were selected with care. There is also a heated community pool that includes a small screened in area.

Amazingly great location, 3 miles from Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park, 1 mile from Veterans Park (pickleball and tennis), near to golf and tennis, and 10 minutes from the Mercato. Close to Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and many shopping and dining areas. North Naples is a perfect location to eat, shop, and enjoy sports, Naples Zoo, botanical gardens, and museums along with its beautiful beaches . It's also 20 minutes to Old Downtown and Tin City. Enjoy easy trips to Marco, Sanibel and Captiva islands.
