Celadon charges a $45 fee per vehicle during your stay for parking. Login to register and pay prior to your arrival for easy check-in without long lines during peak periods.
Celadon is a highly sought-after property known for its exclusivity on the West end of Panama City Beach due to its unobstructed views in place by restrictions placed on development further west. Since it is the last building on the west end close to luxurious 30A, there's opportunity to stretch out on the beach without high occupancy resorts limiting space, you're sure to have plenty of room to roam and soak up the sun.
With only 193 units, covered parking is available on the north side of the building with an indoor/outdoor heated pool and spa/hot tub. For added convenience, there is an additional outdoor pool and spa located gulf front on the south side.
The living area and master bedroom feature gulf front views and a large balcony with seating to enjoy the panoramic views that stretch all the way to Treasure Island to the East and Destin's skyline to the West.
Flat screen TVs with cable in all three sleeping rooms each with private entry for each guest.
Only two miles from Pier Park and all the shopping and best restaurants.
Walkable grocery and beach food options.
Complimentary high-speed internet for your convenience.

Our building is less than a mile to I-98 which is the main highway to access Panama City Beach and Panama City.
Area Information
Our building is a short distance to shopping, dining, and Pier Park with quick access to I-98.
Attractions Within Walking Distance
Thomas Donuts is located 1/2 mile west of the building and is a fun and easy walk on the beach. You can grab their made-from-scratch breakfast sandwiches, sausage and gravy, and yes...donuts. But get there early for that because I've heard they sell out fast. For other snacks they have anything you'd want on the beach including subs, ice cream, and even shrimp baskets. A must stop on your trip.
If you want to pick up some groceries as soon as you arrive, Carousel is a small lovely grocery with very friendly staff that is also about 1/2 mile from the building. Since it is west of Front Beach Road, the traffic is much lighter than going east where it can get very busy during high season periods.
Pier Park is 2 miles away with all the shopping, restaurants like Paula Deen's Kitchen, Margaritaville, and Joe Pompano's. This is a hopping place where everyone flocks for activities like riding the big "sky wheel" and other family fun for everyone.
Favorite Places To Eat
Runaway Island is a great dining spot overlooking the surf with delicious shrimp tacos, fresh grouper, and delicious to try sometime during Thanksgiving when their buffet style made-from-scratch menu is served.
Our guests love Bayou Bill's on the western end of Front Beach Road. Take an evening off from the busier areas on the eastern end and enjoy a night out!

Thank you for your kind comments John. We will look forward to seeing you again next year!
Awesome Trip - Great Place to Stay !!!
Where to start, nothing but a great experience for my family and I on vacation.First, communication with owner, Outstanding, Sherry Lee is the best, email prior to our stay, perfect, she even texted me while we were there, always giving great suggestions of places to eat, sites to see, etc.Second, the condo itself, outstanding, super clean, updated, great kitchen to cook in, nice appliances, SUPER comfortable beds, really great showers, and a spectacular view of the ocean. We have friends that stayed in (3) other condo's the same time we were there, compared to the others, ours was the most comfortable and updated. The complex itself, really nice. This was our 4th year staying at Celadon and I must say this was the first year the elevators very spot on. We NEVER had more than a minute or two waiting time, every during peek hours. There was always staff cleaning the hallways, the elevators, and the general public areas.PCB is awesome, the sand on the beach is as white as sugar, great for running every morning. There is SO much to do within walking distance, it's great that we hardly ever used our car with the exception of grocery shopping. If you stay here, you must try Thomas's, awesome breakfast sandwiches and donuts, it a super nice short walk from the condo, Salty Sue's, great place for Seafood and BBQ, so many others.Thank you Sherry, can't wait to return 2024 !!

Frank and Monica,It truly was our pleasure to have you stay with us!We’re looking forward to hosting you for many years to come and hope your sweet little grand-baby enjoys many wonderful memories with her loved ones!
Fall break getaway, great place to stay.
First and most important is this is the last condo highrise on the strip. What that means is you get almost the whole beach to yourself compared to other places. This came with the two chairs and umbrella at no extra charge. We just walked down and ask where we can setup, they point you in the direction of available chairs then you lay your stuff down and go for the water. Any time you need a break just come back and relax under the umbrella and dry out a bit. Now for the pools, both pools were great. They were both heated nicely. The hot tubs are wonderful but the one across the street didn't bubble they said they had someone coming to fix it but we still enjoyed the other one so no biggie. Really liked going through the crosswalk from garage to condo building. It was nice not having to dodge traffic like we have had to do at other places we have stayed, also it always had a refreshing smell and cool air inside that was really nice. The room is on the 20th floor so if you sit outside on the balcony you have a great chance of seeing dolphins. We saw several playing out near the second sand bar. It is a very quiet room, never was bothered by other guest above, below, or beside us. Everything inside was neat and clean never saw the first bug. Very well kept, plenty of towels, but we mostly just washed the ones we used the next day. Pretty much stocked up on everything you need to cook and eat with "a.k.a. dishes, pots, pans, even had a bread machine but we never got around to trying that. Has a t.v. in every room, so everyone can watch what they like, if you have a family with different taste like mine. Loved the stay, and again if you like the beach to not be crowded this is the place to be. Also with Walmart only about 3 miles away you can always get what ever you may want without having to drive a great distance to find it. Loved it and you will too.

Bobby,Thank you for taking great care of our place and being so considerate during your stay! I'm glad you discovered all the benefits of being on the west end of the island and the convenience to everything you need. Fall is one of the best times to be at PCB in my opinion and I'm so glad you loved it too!See you next time!Sherry Lee
Home away from home
We stayed here at the end of August, and this was the best place! Staying here felt like we were at our own home. It’s very spacious and the layout is spectacular. The full sized washer and dryer was very useful! The balcony is huge and it has the perfect chairs and even a little table to have dinner as the sun sets. We had everything we needed including a cooler, extra beach chairs, and even has reserved beach lounges and umbrella which were especially helpful since we flew in and couldn’t bring our own!The resort itself is just as amazing. Its super clean and well maintained. There are two pools you can choose from in case there are too many jelly fish at the beach that day. The elevators were very fast and efficient. The walkway over the road from the parking garage is amazing as well, you don’t have to worry about crossing the street. Luggage carts are also available for when you arrive.Sherry was very pleasant and kind to work with. She was very accommodating due to our unique situation. The place you stay at makes or breaks your vacation, and this place most definitely made ours wonderful. We will be returning as soon as possible!

Hi Ladonna,I so enjoyed getting acquainted with you! You were such a wonderful guest and so easy to host. I can't wait to have you back!
Wonderful condo!
We had a spectacular stay at this beautiful & comfy condo! It was spacious & the beach view from the huge balcony was amazing! Sherri was great to work with & made sure we had everything we needed! She even recommended restaurants & let us know about special 4th of July events happening the week we were there! One major perk was the reserved umbrella & 2 lounge chairs provided for us @ ! It was so nice having those already set-up & ready for us daily, so less for us to carry down to beach; plus there were additional chairs, cooler bag & beach bags in the condo for our use. We also enjoyed having the choice of 2 pools on-site(plus hot tubs), and the covered parking garage was a plus. We’d definitely recommend this place! Beautiful white sand beaches, clear blue water & a nice condo, make for a great vacation! It was hard to leave!

You will not be disappointed!
We loved the condo and the complex! Comfortable beds, clean, very roomy, and cozy! Perfect location away from the main crowds and traffic, yet close to everything or within 30 minutes via 98 Hwy. Views were gorgeous of the beach, sunsets, and beach wildlife. We truly enjoyed watching dolphins, sea turtles, and even an Osprey. The pelicans would fly right by the balcony. So bring your camera and binoculars!PCB musts: Captain Anderson’s Shark Pizza Hook’s (Peel and Eat Shrimp) Osaka’s Sushi and Hibachi Thomas’ Donuts Carousel Grocery Pier Park St. Andrew’s National Park Shell Island A scenic drive down 30A to it’s unique beach towns.Sherri is great to work with and truly cares for her condo and her guests.
