2 bedrooms 2 bath. King bed in the master and queen in the guestroom, washer/dryer inside the unit, elevator in building if needed. The top floor view is fourth floor overlooking the golf course and a nice pond. Screened in lanai, living room has a TV 60 inch high definition smart TV ,cable and Internet are included
Punta Gorda is a beautiful area with lots of things to do including shopping and lots of great restaurants ,Boating and fishing nearby as well as Gulf beaches... I live in the area and can guide you through all the fun things to do in the area and places for essentials.

Owners are definitely Tenant friendly. Actually the best we have rented from in many many years. Great view from balcony of 11th hole and sunset in the evening. Unit is well supplied with utensils and necessary kitchen eating and cooking paraphernalia. Location is easily accessible to highways and freeway (I75 just 5 miles) Many restaurants and stores within 10-15 minutes. Main pool, Tiki Bar, Food is real good. Small pool only 300Ft away. Clubhouse should be opening in about a week. Only drawback to our 6 week stay Sleeps 4 with pull out sofa for additional person. Give it 5*'s. Would rent again,

The condo was in great shape. It was very clean and nice. Anthony was very hands on if you had any questions. The golf course and pools were very well maintained. People there were really friendly. I would definitely rent Anthony’s condo again.
