Namaste Here is the south side of a chic beach duplex nestled a stone’s throw away from Flagler Ave in the heart of New Smyrna Beach. Namaste Here boasts a bigger sunning area than her sister Buddha's Bungalow and the is on the corner side. Decorated in a modern Balinese style, you will enjoy all the comforts of home in a cozy relaxed setting.
Relax on your own private porch for sea breeze enthusiasts complete with a bar and outside chairs.

Namaste boasts a full size kitchen that is primed to prepare a feast for the whole family. Most guests, however make reservations for dinner, and why not? All the dining and nightlife of Flagler Ave is just a short stroll away!
Complete with an HD smart TV that connects to your device through chromecast, your entertainment apps will sync directly up, so there is no need to remember all your pesky passwords. There is no cable TV, but if you pay for cable at home simply download their app and you can bring it with you.
The master bedroom has a king size Casper mattress and the guest bedroom has two twins. The beds are as comfortable as they are beautiful.
You will find this beach bungalow welcoming, easy to stay in and ridiculously close to the beach and Flagler. Bring your toothbrush, a bathing suit and your dancing shoes.
This is one side of a duplex. Pets under 40 lbs considered.
You have access to the entire house for the duration of your stay.
I am around if you need me, but I sometimes I am out surfing or riding my bike so it may take a minute to text you back.

MarkBill’s place is super convenient and close to all NSB has to offer. It is steps away from Flagler Avenue and is walkable to the beach in a few minutes. We enjoyed the outdoor island and chairs. There is a nice breeze and it is a great place to congregate with family and friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

AmandaBill's place is fantastic. As someone who has lived in the area before - location, location, location! Everything is super cute and well-maintained. Loved the covered patio, a great spot for people watching in the evenings! Beds are comfy. Bill is really easy to communicate with. Great stay all-around!

SteveNamaste Here was the perfect place for our one week stay in NSB. Our host Bill was super helpful in all ways imaginable, but we never needed him for anything related to the home...it was just as described, and well appointed. We lacked for nothing. Really appreciated the beach chairs! If we could give six stars, we would! Will book here again without hesitation.

WendyBill’s property is beautiful inside and out!!! Every aspect updated and lovely. We were visiting on two very windy beach days but no worries, Bill’s yard and patio were a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the sun. The location really couldn’t be better. The beach is a two minute walk and all that Flagler Ave offers couldn’t be closer!! My only complaint is we couldn’t be there to enjoy it all longer!! This rental is highly recommended!!!

BrianNamastehere is the definition of Luxury. My wife and I have high expectations. This place met and exceeded ours. It was crisp, clean, and comfy. We felt right at home.Bill was accommodating, and friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed. And most of all explained everything simply, while being thorough. The place is super clean and very comfortable. The Host keeps in touch and makes sure the stay is going well. Will definitely stay there again!

This spot was the perfect location. 5 minute walk to the beach, coffee, food and drinks. Great location, the house was decorated so nice and it felt private even being on the corner. Very comfortable - home away from home vibe. Bill was an awesome host and made you feel like if you needed anything he was just a call/text away!Definitely want to come back and stay here!

I was very impressed with how unique and lovely the ocean home was that my family and I stayed in. Bill has great taste with design and decor! The home is settled right in the middle of Nsb beachside near pretty much everything in walking distance. The home was very clean and beds and pillows super comfortable. We loved that there was a record player and speakers in the living area! Bill will make you feel at home, he is super cool guy and very responsive. I recommend staying at one of his vacation properties.
