NOTICE: Ongoing Exterior Construction Improvements, May be disruptive and loud. Our condo is a completely updated 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo at Shores of Panama. There is a king bed in the master bedroom with a private bathroom, a set of bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom with a private bathroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. This gorgeous sunrise and sunset Condo Sleeps 6 comfortably! Fresh with new paint, new furniture and new flooring! King Master Bedroom overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and St. Andrews State Park! Brand new stainless still appliances with a fully stocked kitchen to make a wonderful meal here at the beach!
1325 has a big balcony overlooking our beautiful lagoon pool and the most amazing sunset views! 2nd bedroom is a Bunkroom and has a bunkbed that sleeps 2 and it's own full bath! We just installed private Barn Doors to make it even more private as if it were its own bedroom plus ensuite bathroom.
Our brand new queen sleeper sofa pulls out and sleeps 2 additional people! The kitchen features granite countertops, lots of storage space and everything you'll need to prepare meals for dining in the condo. There is a coffee pot and Keurig, pots and pans, dishes, utensils, blender and so much more. If you need to do some laundry while you are here there is a washer/dryer for your convenience. At Shores of Panama you are literally just steps from the sugar white sands, with a private beach access making it easy to enjoy the area's main attraction. Be sure to carve out some time for kicking back with a good book or cool drink in the spectacular lagoon style pool area – during the spring and summer months a Tiki Bar offers cocktails, bar style food and snow cones.

We are in walking distance of Walmart where you can do grocery pickup or delivery. We are located next door to the World Famous Pineapple Willy's Restaurant and Bar where you can have delicious meals, drinks or grab a snack while soaking up the sun on the beach all day. You can enjoy delicious tacos, quesadillas, nachos, burritos and of course the best margarita around at Juan Taco located across the street at Laketown Wharf Resort. You can also enjoy live music and eat at Lulu's Restaurant. Also, located in the Laketown Wharf Resort is The Wharf Restaurant with a seasonal buffet eatery serving steak & seafood in a contemporary space with an aquarium.

Amy W.Beautiful beach condo!
We got lucky! With other reviews we weren't quite sure what to expect. We had just about anything we could need for our weeks stay, but could definitely use more food storage options. The balcony was beyond amazing, however the table and chairs were less than desirable. You will NOT get a sunset view from this unit! We did enjoy watching the new build next to the unit. The exterior lighting, by design for the environment we expect, is a deterrent from spending time there in the evening, which we previously enjoyed doing at other rentals. Beds were comfy, furniture was comfy, water was hot, no issues with the elevators. The beach is beautiful, however all the 'rules' are less than desirable but aimed at those living in the building. The hot tub was ok - extremely small for the number of units, and VERY NOISY. Overall we had a great trip, but would continue to look for new places to stay.

We had the best time ar the beach, especially during the off season. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves. The condo was absolutely adorable!! They let us check in early, checked on us throughout our stay and were very kind and professional!! We loved it and will definitely be back!! Thank you for allowing us to stay!!!

I was very pleased with the look of the condo, it was a relaxing vibe. It was cozy and comfortable. I would recommend this condo to others. I did not have major issues. The cleanliness of the condo was great. I did not have any issues with it being dirty.

This condo was one of the most on point condos I have ever stayed in! The attention to detail and the needs of the guest was met on every level! There was not one thing needed or missed in the entire condo for our stay of 2 weeks! The beds are comfy as well as the new living room furniture. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and no one lacked for anything with regards to bedding or even a throw to cozy up to! WILL RE-VISIT THIS CONDO AGAIN....
