About the host

: I am an Architect with a practice in Milwaukee WI. We first bought a condo in Naples with a shared pool in 2012. After several years we decided we wanted our own pool. We found the villa which did not have a pool but it did have a large courtyard so we purchased it and I designed and installed a beautiful pool. We also remodeled the entire unit. I still travel back and forth to Milwaukee almost every weekend in the winter. Recently we decided to rent the villa for several weeks in the winter and in the off season.

Why this property?

The Villa is located in the heart of Olde Naples walking distance to over 20 world class restaurants, 3rd St South, 5th Ave South, Crayton Cove, the beach, Cambria park and Tin City. If you do not want to venture out we have a spectacular pool, spa and courtyard to hang out in.
