We are from Michigan and rented this beautiful home not knowing what to expect when we arrived for our 3 month stay. We couldn’t have been more pleased upon our arrival. Beautiful lanai and pool, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed in kitchen and baths for our stay. Allegiant airport in Punta Gorda just a stones throw away as well as a Walmart Super Center for groceries and many great restaurants. Owners were excellent and so friendly. This home comes highly recommended by us for your next stay in Punta Gorda.

Enjoyed our stay! House was as advertised. Love the quiet back yard and pool. House could use some more comforts for extended stay (like rugs in kitchen, additional plates and silverware). Nice location, enjoyed the neighborhood and Punta Gorda!

We were staying in Punta Gorda to participate in a pickleball tournament. What a find! Communication was great. The house is modern, fresh, and well appointed. With a split design (master suite and bedrooms on different sides of the house) groups and families have privacy. The pool deck is inviting, and cooking in the kitchen was a pleasure. It was nice having full use of the garage for the car and as an entry point. Loved it. And the rental fees quite reasonable for this quality of property. Quite honestly, when booking I thought it was too good to be true. It lived up to expectations and more. Bravo to Tim and Joice.
