SUMMER RATES: APR 15th - DEC 15th (3 month minimum)
Stay 3-5 Months, $5,500. per month. PLUS Utilities. Includes ALL TAXES
Stay 6-8 Months, $5,000. per month PLUS Utilities. Includes ALL TAXES
Per our H.O.A. rules, contract must be written up as a six month stay but CAN BE CANCELLED, with a 7-day written notice (Which we get up front), with NO PENALTIES OF FEES. We only rent out our home one time per year. and will only be renting it out 3 more years, until we retire.
It may also be possible to extend your contract on a month-to-month basis and can be prorated by the week. Because you never know the exact date your new home will be completed and ready for you to move into. Occupancy Limited to 8 people. We have 4 bedrooms, 1- king and 3-queen size bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and are located on the upper floor. The main-floor bedroom has a bath just across the hall. There is also an office and den on the upper floor as well. You'll fall in love with the outside space with the private pool and spa and enjoy cooking in the outside kitchen with tiki bar. There is a fitness center in the community with a large pool and clubhouse, and another community pool just down the street from our home, as well. Lots of streets to walk or bike ride.
Rental Includes use of:
All Furniture, inside and out
All bedding, sheets, pillows, comforters/quilts
All bathroom towels, hand towels, wash clothes, dish towels, dish clothes, hot pads, etc.
All kitchen appliances and supplies incl, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, utensils, coffee pot, Keurig coffee maker, air fryer, toaster, etc.
Sorry, Garage Parking is NOT available
Outside Kitchen with tiki bar, gas grill, large green egg grill, heated pool, spa, patio furniture
Rental Rate includes all utilities, electric, water, internet & basic cable thru Comcast/Xfinity and weekly lawn maintenance & pool service.
THE ONLY OTHER FEE you will have is an application fee charged by our HOA. Application to be filled out online by renter and approved by the HOA prior to reserving. Application fee of $200.00 (includes 2 background checks - Each additional adult is $50.00) to be paid for by renter. (Non-refundable)
Coral Lakes is a gated community located in beautiful Northeast Cape Coral, Florida. and is located just off of Del Prado Boulevard. Shop for almost everything you need within 5 minutes. You’ll feel safe knowing that this community is home several police officers too! Coral Lakes features sparkling lakes and an attractive slate of amenities for the whole family to enjoy, such as the fitness facility, a resort-style pool and spa, separate kiddie pool, sports complex, tennis and soccer fields, softball and basketball courts, children’s playground, and a terrific Clubhouse.
DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY
Upon reserving, $1000 Rental Deposit Due with completed HOA Application/background approval, then:
120 days before check-in 25% of total rental
90 days before check-in 25% of total rental
60 days before check-in 25% of total rental
30 days before check-in balance of total rental
10 days before check-in $2500 security deposit to be held in the trust account of ICON Management.
CANCELLATION POLICY-
If cancelled more than 120 days before check-in, a $1000.00 cancellation fee will be applied.
If cancelled 91-119 days before check-in, a fee of 25% of all deposits/Payments received, will be deducted from your refund. (Minimum $1000)
If cancelled 61-90 days before check-in, a fee of 50% of all deposits/Payments received, will be deducted from your refund.
CANCELLATIONS 60 days or less will result in forfeiture of all payments received.

About the host: We purchased our Florida home in 2021! We are so excited to be able to come down to use it full time after retirement, in 3 years! We are from Michigan. I have been coming to Florida for over 25 years. There is no place I would rather be! I am retired, but my husband is still working and plans to retire in about 3- 1/2 years. Until then we would like to rent out our home to somebody who maybe is selling their home to have a new home built and needs a place to live temporarily for a few months to a year, until it is ready or maybe to someone that likes to take an extended vacation. We absolutely love our new home and super friendly community and are hoping we can share it with some great renters.

2024 winter vacation
Very nice home and great location. We had pickle ball courts which we enjoyed. Nice walking neighborhood. We were able to have overnight guest which was a big plus. Outside area around the pool was very comfortable. All the mattresses were super comfortable. The owners let us use the bikes. We were there for 7 weeks and enjoyed our time. We hiked, biked and went out to restaurants.

Beautiful, spacious pool home
My husband and I spent two months at this fabulous vacation home last February and March. It was everything we’d hoped for and more. The house, pool, spa and lanai were a dream, with everything one would need for a relaxing and luxurious vacation. Speaking of the lanai….Who has their own tiki bar along with the outdoor kitchen?! Right here! What fun! And the sunset skies over the lake and fountain were amazing. No need to move from your lounge chair to see those! The house is immaculate and well equipped with everything one could ever need…from the well appointed kitchen to the beautiful Tommy Bahama furnishings in every room. We were warmly welcomed by the owners Susan and Bob who were exceptionally accommodating and attentive to our needs. They thought of everything and saw to it that we were 100% comfortable and satisfied throughout our stay. I could go on, but suffice to say we loved our time at this gorgeous home and we know that you will, too!
