Villa Long Island (southern exposure) was built in 2020 in the desirable Southwest of Cape Coral in a quiet neighborhood with boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. The open floor plan of 2,234 sqft with high ceilings offers a spacious living area with open kitchen and kitchen counter, dining area for 6 people, master bedroom with king-size bed and bathroom en suite (double washstand, freestanding bathtub, large shower, separate toilet). There are 2 guest rooms available for guests, also with king-size beds and bathrooms.

The lanai offers space for up to 6 people and comfortable long chairs for sunbathing. A gas grill and a bar with 6 bar chairs are available for a cosy barbecue. In the oversized, heated pool with spa, even the little ones can splash around on the sunledge. There is also a pool fence available. From the boat dock with a boat lift you can start your boat tours into the Gulf of Mexico.

The holiday home "Villa Long Island" is located just above Cape Coral Pkwy / west of Agualinda in a very quiet location. Still, the most important things (Publix, Walgreens, and Walmart) are in the immediate vicinity.
