Amazing Stay!!

We had an incredible stay at this stunning Miami condo! The location is so perfect right on the water, each of the balconies has just the most incredible view of the beach and ocean (especially at sunset!). Spent almost every day at the beach, great service from attendants and right next to the building's pool which was also wonderful. The apartment itself is spacious, each of the rooms was perfect for our big group and the living and dining rooms as well! Kitchen has everything you could need, and a grocery store right down the street which was perfect for us. We didn't have a car and everything was very walkable or easily accessible with Ubers, even Miami downtown wasn't too far. Excellent communication from the host as well, answered all our questions before and during the stay! Could not recommend the unit enough, would have stayed for longer if we could!

Amazing get away

This was the perfect place for our vacation! The apartment is amazing. Perfectly outfitted for comfort and luxury. We loved the beach view balconies and all of the extra amenities throughout! We enjoyed waking up to the sunrise over the ocean right outside the window and having the pool and beach right outside the door. We found this to be a great location with beachfront dining options very close by and easy access to all the area attractions. The building staff were very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend!

Another excellent stay!!!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Jay’s condo for a second time. His unit is very spacious and has everything you could possibly imagine. With two young kids, LaPerla makes it so easy to navigate from the beach to the pool while only carrying a beach bag; we left our beach toys for the next family :) Jay’s location is close to parks, Publix and a lot of restaurants. Sun, Sand, and Serenity: A Dream Stay at Jay's La Perla Condo

Staying at Jay's condo in La Perla, Sunny Isles was an unforgettable experience. Jay, without a doubt, is the nicest person I've ever dealt with; extremely amiable and easy to converse with. The condo itself was a dream, playing a significant role in our decision to buy a unit close by. Its proximity to everything made our stay incredibly convenient. We were just a stone's throw away from essentials like Costco, Milam's, and Publix, and the surrounding area boasts several fantastic parks perfect for children, especially Gateway Park directly across the street.Additionally, the restaurant on the pier not only offers delightful quick bites but also provides a generous 25% discount to La Perla residents. The thoughtfulness in amenities was truly impressive – from an infant bath insert to multiple other travel necessities, Jay had everything covered. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. My only regret? Not staying longer.

Great Unit Near Everything

We rented this place for the month of Jan 2024. I worked part of the time and had some nice time off. The condo is easy to get to and is right on the beach. They provide beach service, towels, chairs and umbrellas, which is really nice and convenient. The unit itself is very well decorated and has spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and has multiple balconies that look out to the ocean. It is also very well stocked with everything you can think of and some things you wouldn’t think of. The owner, Jay, is easy to work with and the on site host, Saleema, was really nice and attentive. In terms of location, you can get to everything. Many good restaurants within walking distance and a short drive north to Hollywood & Fort Lauderdale and south to Miami and South Beach. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this unit again.

Wonderful Unit in Sunny Isles

This is an OUTSTANDING family-friendly property with 3 excellent bedrooms, 3 spacious bathrooms and 3 beautiful balconies. The central area of the unit has excellent flow from kitchen to living area to the central balcony with picturesque views of the ocean. After starting our days in the fully-equipped fitness center, we enjoyed beautiful days by the pool, at the fishing pier and on the beach. Another big treat was the number of amazing restaurants and shops within walking distance - so easy to access. The owners and property managers were incredibly kind, honest, clear and helpful from booking to checking in to checking out. They were a true delight to work with. We HIGHLY recommend this property.

Wonderful appartement front of the ocean

This is our second time on jay appartment. We are always happy to come back to our second home in sunny isles : all the necessary furnitures are available . The appartment is very large for a family of 5 people or more. Jay took care of all the details in his place to put visitors confortable : beds are perfects , the kitchen is complete , tv and internet working perfectly … The Perla improved their service comparatively to 2021 and pool beach service are great. Valet parking is very useful and the guys are doing a great job there . To spend holidays without any problem , I recommend jay place 100% .

Too good to be true!!!!

How many times have you heard the saying: If it’s too good to be true, it probably is. Jay really is too good to be true! He is by far the nicest owner that I have ever booked with. We spoke via phone and text a few times prior to and during our stay. He is very responsive and extremely helpful! Jay’s unit looks like the pictures and is very spacious. It came fully stocked. La Perla’s location is excellent. Close to the supermarkets, parks and anything else you may need. Their beach service is a great touch. Traveling with two kids, it was so easy for us to go from the unit to the beach while only carrying a beach bag! Towels and chairs are provided daily :) My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Beautifl condo with a spectacular view

The condo is beautifully decorated, and a deluxe home away from home. Jay was a pleasure to work with during the day booking process. Saleema met us on the day of our arrival, ushered us through all of the registration logistics, and provided a very useful orientation to the condo, which has a lot of smart house touches. For example, floor to ceiling blinds roll down at the touch of a button in three rooms! We enjoyed the three separate balconies overlooking the gorgeous Atlantic ocean. The beds were very comfortable, there is plenty of closet space, and a plentiful supply of everyday amenities. With the fully stocked exercise room, the pool area, and the ocean below, there is no shortage of ways to enjoy the trip. The condo location is within easy walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops and services, We took full advantage off them. Don’t miss the food truck event every Tuesday night at Haulover Park just 2 miles away.

Feels like a resort

My husband and I stayed at Jays place for the month of February and March. This was our second 2 month stay. We especially love sitting on the balcony for the views of the ocean and the gorgeous views of the city after dark. The beach service makes it feel like a resort. The condo itself is lovely. The ice maker broke while we were there and Jay had it replaced immediately. We are going back again next year.

Perfect

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom was perfect for our 2 week holiday getaway. Each balcony had a perfect view of the beach and the location is perfect. You are walking distance to many shops, restaurants, a park and grocery stores. Jay was a pleasure to deal with and the apartment came with all amenities you would need.

Perfect location and the owner Jay is very easy to work with.

This is the first experience we had renting a vacation condo. We were very happy with our choice. The condo is lovely. It is clean and well stocked. There is beach and towel service which is such a plus. The couch is the most comfortable couch I ever sat on. It has 3 recliners incorporated in it. You can walk to a Marshals, CVS and a grocery store. There are also many restaurants within walking distance. There are 3 balconies with breathtaking views. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony daily. The electric blinds are very convenient. We stayed for 2 months and enjoyed every minute.

A perfect place by the sea

This is a large condo unit right on beautiful Sunny Isles Beach! Amazing location. Unit was very clean, nicely designed and comfortable (with breathtaking ocean views). Wonderful at all levels

Cozy and comfortable apartment at the most beautiful beach in Miami. Perfect for kids, TVs in all rooms with Netflix, great big bathtub, nice terraces with great view. Kitchen fully equipped. Amazing place to relax, rejuvenate!

We got to spend a lovely week at the La perla, hosted by Jay and Milaine. It was an immaculate place, with a number of thoughtful conveniences and tasteful decor.Entering the place we we were stunned by the breathtaking views. The ocean view from that height never failed to cheer us up. It was only the two of us, so it was bit big for us but we thoroughly enjoyed the open layout.The condo itself has a number of convenient embellishments- from electronic control lighting and window shades - modulation to various moods. The bathrooms were really well setup and luxurious… the mast bedroom and the second bedroom had amazing waking up views and balconies with lounging rockers to enjoy a relaxed brew… which was excellent.The interiors are so tastefully done, we felt very comfortable in the place - with the artwork and books and recliners .. we could have stayed on if not for other commitments.The hosts went above and beyond in making sure we were happy and comfortable… from the restaurant recommendations that were very selective and varied to Netflix and prime subscriptions for entertainment all over…. We did cause some issue by showing up early as our flight had landed - they gracefully accommodated us and had the condo all setup for us. It is these personal touches that made this such a memorable experience for us… oh did I forget, the property is on the ocean.. which is so clear and great to Wade into…All in all, great week.

TOP Appartement : Full furnished and Amazing View front Of the Beach

Family of 4 (2 daughters of 7 and 3), We rent the appartment of Jay and Milaine for 1 month. Coming from France, we had many chat with Jay and assitance to know the area, the different point of attraction, and also to assit us for the tenant application in la perla condos. What was the surprise once arriving : The appartment perfectly clean, fully furnished, with amazing view, and very warm. The check in was done by a very kind person : Saleema (she waited for us a couple of hour). We didn't had to buy anything during our stay. Everything was there. Each room have his own TV, and 2 rooms are with Bathroom. The balconies (In each room you have a balcony) were our spot by night : View on the sea and on the city. Beds are confortable; Climatisation can be programmed. Surfside is quiet neighbrhood, very familial and we had the comercial center at 7 minutes walking. Also, we had a Park for kids, where our daughters went and meet other kids of their age. During our Stay, Jay and Milaine were always attentive and preocupated about our confort. To have them as Backup for any doubts, or question (even not related to the rent) was for us very important. Services in la Perla are good : A service of Valet working 24/24 is very efficient and people working there are very supportive (Elena and Anna from the welcome desk) The beach (when the weather was ok) was perfectly clean and the beach service was perfect as well. I will definitely recommand 100% the stay in Jay and Milaine appartement. Love that place.

My best experience

If you want to live a great experience because usually everybody miss something of your own home, well definitely this apartment will give you all the comfort that you were looking for. Style, on line communication, details, service, you will feel that you can live there! Jay is so nice that nowadays its not very frequent to see it. Exactly what we needed!

With the heck of a year we've had, we wanted to just get away and enjoy quality family time in a picturesque "aquatic" setting. There is no doubt water has a calming effect on all and combine that with a tastefully done up condo that offers all, you are bound to be in heaven. The joy of waking up to the breathtaking scenes from this condo plus the smell of the ocean as we left the bedroom door slightly open at nights, rejuvenating our senses. In addition, the condo is so well connected to some amazing eateries and fancy restaurants, bringing much needed relief as I didn't have to cook every night. The owner, Jay has added a touch of class to the decor and made our stay so very homely - one we look forward to again, later this year! Yeah!!!

Beautiful Views and right on the beach!

Loved my stay here- the home is beautiful, and the bedrooms +living room have balconies where you can sit and look at the ocean! It's a breathtaking view.Staying here gives you access to a pool, and the beach (plus chair/umbrella/towel services) is right outside the door. There is a lovely pier just steps away, and if you walk down it you can watch people fish and even encounter pelicans!There are many delicious restaurants and high-end shops nearby which is also awesome.Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the Sunny Isles/Miami area! The Most Beautiful and Accommodating apartment for a perfect stay.

This is truly a Spectacular Apartment. Plush Leather furniture, Artwork worthy of a museum , Lighting for every need . This apartment fulfills every need, to relax luxuriously and also to work remotely. The children's rooms are so well furnished. Every need is provided for, with plush sheets and towels and a fully stocked kitchen . The building is kept meticulously clean and the towel and beach chair service is superb. The variety of international restaurants and all types of stores all within walking distance is a fabulous plus. When we vacation, we do not like having to get into the car to get everywhere. Being here, we don't need to. The owners Jay and his lovely wife are such friendly and lovely people! We Wholeheartedly recommend this Paradise on the Beach for an incredible stay!

View to die for !!!! Just Awesome !!!

Best air b&b we have stayed in so far!! My whole family loved the place, so neat and clean! Our favorite part was the view (omg!) Great escape in Paradise

Loved the location and the condo was perfect for our young family and would also be great for a group of close friends. Beautifully appointed place with well maintained and comfortable furnishings. The colors really underscore the beauty of the view and with a very Floridian feel. Jay sent us a nice welcome message and was simple. The location to the pier and nearby restaurants was a significant part of our choice of location. Parking was nice with two spaces. We will return one day soon.

Amazing location, interiors and views

I spent a few months in this apartment with my children and had an amazing experience. We woke up every morning with a direct view of the ocean, enjoyed the warm beach and pool every day, and walked to parks, cafes, bakeries, shops and restaurants. The apartment is exquisitely decorated with a great attention to details. It is fully furnished and very spacious. The building offers amenities that were much appreciated including beach/pool towels, umbrellas, chairs, free valet and concierge services. Staff is friendly and helpful. The building is 8 min driving distance from the Bal Harbor and Aventura malls, 5 min from Oleta park and 20 from South beach! We truly enjoyed our stay and made beautiful memories. Looking forward to coming back soon.
