Marco Island and their stunning beaches is a short easy drive, "the back way" though Goodland. If you choose to venture further into Naples for all its offerings, that is easy too as we are located on the less traveled East side of Naples. This location is truly a hidden gem!
Enjoy the stunning sunrise each morning from the spacious Lanai while watching the Dolphins and Manatees swim by. Immerse yourself in the peaceful, natural tropical setting removed from the busy areas of other in town locations. Spend a relaxing day at the heated saltwater pool just steps outside your door. Most days you will find you have it all to yourself, but with the songbirds of course.
Jump in your boat off your dock out front and cruise to the 10,000 Island Preserve and enjoy a day on the water and picnic on their secret islands. If you don't have a boat you can easily rent one or take an excursion out into the Gulf from the onsite Marina nearby.
World class gamefish fishing is right off your dock and in nearby waters. Need some supplies/bait or expert advise? Local Pro Guides are available at the onsite, well stocked Marina Convenience Store.
Want to take in a local attraction? There is easy access to all The Everglades hiking, biking, nature attractions, Eco Tours and thrilling Air Boat Rides.
Finish up the day with a short 5 minute stroll on the waterfront boardwalk to the nearby Port of the Isles Resort for drinks and dinner at the Angler's Cove Restaurant.
If you choose to stay in... Enjoy the bright airy open floorplan while cooking meals in the well appointed kitchen with water view dining. Take in the calming, nightly water show as Bald Eagles and Osprey dive out front for their dinner. Retire to your spacious water view master suite with large soaking tub and ah!

All the food at the onsite restaurant, Angler's Cove, is fresh caught and handmade, right down to the salad dressing. Try one of "Ritas' Ritas", a Margarita that will start your happy hour off right.
The pool is open at night for those quite night dips and has romantic low lighting.
The friendly down to earth neighbors may become great friends as they return yearly and do many activities together.
When you hang out at the pool during the day, lay back in a lounge chair and watch the sky. Flocks of reflective birds will play and glide on the thermals in a mesmerizing fashion.
The Marco Island Beaches have some of the best shelling spots in the world. If you bring a mask it will make it even easier to find the illusive Sand Dollars.
Driving "the back way" over the Goodland bridge to Marco Island may afford you to see Goliath Tortoises right on the sides of the road. Also check out the darling Burrowing Owls that inhabit Marcos in town sandy lots. Look for little roped off areas with a small mound of sand. The owls like to hang out right on top of the mound during the day with their young.
If you want to get the freshest seafood to cook yourself, take a quick drive to the dock fish market on Goodland. Or, cast a line right off your dock. You can catch Tarpon, Snook, Sea Trout, Redfish, and Catfish. Live bait is always available at the Marina Store.
Want to catch a trophy? 100 lb. Tarpon have been caught right off the docks here.
If you suddenly realize you are out of a cooking ingredients, that's easy. The Marina Convenience Store has your back. They have lots of food prep items, Wine and Beer a short walk from your place.
If you want to get the best made water gear, hunt down the many surf shops in the area. There are always fun local t-shirts there too.
If you want to use the onsite Hotel Resort Facilities you can pay a nominal fee and have access to workout rooms, tennis courts and the extensive pool complex.
If an emergency pops up the onsite EMT and Fire Department is just a couple of blocks away.

On site there are no hidden fees like on VRBO and AirBNB, etc. It is not uncommon for them to charge 10% - 20% more than the advertised “total cost” when you get to the check out.
Our pricing is transparent. Take your number of days stay, times the daily rate, multiply that by 12% for the taxes and add $250 for cleaning and $150 for the condo application. That’s it!

Please note we will need to collect the following taxes if your stay qualifies:
5% Collier County Tourist Development Tax on rentals 6 months or less.
7% Florida State Sales Use Tax (To the State Department of Revenue).
Application Form and References must be completed for the Condo Associations approval. We will take care of this for you and is quite simple.

$1000.00 Refundable Security Deposit Is Required.
The Security Deposit is separate from rent and fees and will be fully refunded if no damage or loss has occurred to the property.
Cancellation Policy:
85% refund if canceled 90 days or more before arrival date if we can fill your rental period.
50% refund if canceled 60 days or more before arrival date if we can fill your rental period.
0% refund if canceled 59 days before your arrival date or we are unable to fill your rental period.
We are happy to work with you if you need a cancellation, but please note that due to Association applications, etc., it can be a little tricky.
We may not get approval in time for your replacement the closer you cancel to your original check in date.

We respond quickly to your requests and want you to have a seamless vacation stay that will make lasting memories for you and your family.
You may have noticed we don't have many reviews yet. We have offered and managed many rentals before and this is a new place for us.
Why this property? There are tons of regular in town rentals with lots of everything but that also means lots of people and traffic. We prefer to hang with nature and have more privacy, space and options.
This super natural and very private location allows you to be close to it all without it being right on top of you. We feel it is the best of both worlds.
This location allows you to decide if you want to have a very serene day at home or get out and experience all the excitement with ease!

We looked at this property and it is just beautiful! The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The decor is very tasteful and comfortable. Beautiful lanai on the water. I would recommend this condo to anyone who wants a quiet and lovely place to stay. Just a short ride to the beaches and restaurants on Marco Island.

Wonderful experience,Condo was perfect. Great place for the family,location great. Minutes away from Marco Island beaches and Naples beaches. Neighborhood was great for walking and over looking the marina.Neighbors residents very friendly. Would stay there again! But as only my wife would notice more beach towels please and maybe another tv n one of the bedrooms. Tks again Mike!

Wow!!! We stayed here from mid-March to mid-April and the weather was wonderful. Eighties in the day and 50s at night, with no rain to speak of. The condo is lovely, the beds are comfy, it is nicely decorated, and has plenty of dishes, pots and pans. The view over the canal was beautiful. Coffee on the lanai while watching the sunrise and seeing the manatees, gators, bald eagles, and dolphins couldn't be beat! Although you have to drive to get places, the peace and quiet here was well worth it. All the neighbors were friendly, the pool relaxing (and not crowded!) and the general vibe slow and easy. The Publix grocery store is great and about 10 minutes away, Marco Island about twenty, and downtown Naples about a half hour or so. Plenty of places to go nearby for scenic walks. So many restaurants! We especially liked Snook Inn on Marco Island, and the shopping in Naples is a great way to spend a day. We liked Lowdermilk Beach in Naples the best. Get there by 9 or 10 to get parking ($3/hr). We tried Tigertail Beach on Marco Island but found the long walk from the parking lot to the water a bit too much for our liking. All in all, we enjoyed our time here immensely. Mike was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend this lovely retreat from reality!!!

Love nature? This is for you. Peaceful and beautiful views. Townhouse emmaculate and extremely accomadating. Equipped with all you need. Beautifully decorated and very spacious. We were not used to the drive into town, but you get used to the drive surrounded by the natural beauty of the everglades. Marco island not far away, great restaurants. Watch for the gators, bears and panthers. Wow that was amazing to see.
