We are located right off of the intracoastal waterway in sunny Pompano Beach! Right across the street is the dock that can accommodate your boat and or jet-ski. From the canal in front of the property in less than 2 minutes is the intracoastal waterway that will lead out to the ocean. Or you can head to the beach that is approximately a 10 minute walk away from the property. At the beach there's jet-ski riding and parasailing . There’s restaurants and shopping just minutes away. There is also a golf course right over the bridge. The Seminole Hard Rock Guitar Casino is approximately 30 minutes away from the property. This is a great place for fisherman because you can go right out to the intracoastal waterway!
The property has 1 bedroom with a full size bed. There’s 1 bathroom with a shower. Linens for the bedrooms, towels for the bathrooms with soap, and towels for the beach. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, all utensils, pots, pans, plates, glasses, Keurig coffee machine, and a blender. There is a coin operated washer and dryer for your convenience. There's a private dock for your boat and jet ski. The city boat ramp is just up the street. The canal where you dock your boat or jet ski is right across the street in in front of the property and can accommodate a 30 foot boat. Your access to the intercoastal waterway is yards away from the dock... while you stand on the dock look to the right and you will see the intercoastal waterway. The beach is just a short 10 minute walk from the apartment. Beach chairs and towels are provided for you. There’s an on-site coin operated washer and dryer. This property is fully furnished.
