The place was newly remodeled and very nice. Parking was good. All inquires were answered promptly. Management was extra nice and we appreciate so much. The one bedroom 103 was hood. The 405 effiency room was really too small No place for a good chair. Had to sit on bed or kitchen stool. Made very good use of space they had Both places were very clean! I would stay again in a 1 bedroom. The beach location is perfect !

We stayed for 3 weeks at the Vanderbilt Beach and Harbor Club. It is great location with the gulf, pools, places to eat, listen to music, and shopping. Beth was so helpful during our rental process. We will definitely be back next year.

We've thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the units are ideal for a family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 updated washrooms. In unit laundry is a plus! And the ability to walk across the street and access the beach is fantastic. The bayside units are being renovated so there were minor inconveniences but nothing that got in the way of a great time! We will definitely return.
