Guestbook comments from the host:
Unfortunately Florida law prohibits all pets in the pool area. Only service animals allowed.
Naples beach is less than 10 minutes drive and about 20-25 minutes by bike.
Community doesn’t have pickleball courts, however there is a bunch in the park near by.
Of course!
This villa and the owner was a first class find for us.
Our family purchased two newly constructed condos in a gated community called Arboretum in Naples, Florida. We sold our houses immediately in Indiana, only to find out that our newly constructed condominiums would not be ready for six to eight weeks. This left us scrambling for a place to live, with four adults and three medium sized golden doodles. We were so fortunate to find this villa listed for rent, also in Arboretum, and contacted the owner about renting this to us for a period of close to two months. She was very accommodating to us and we immediately struck a deal.So we’ve been living in this unit for around six weeks and have found it to be perfect for us. Starting with the neighborhood, we have access to a resort style swimming pool and lovely fitness center. The people living in this neighborhood have been super-friendly to us and we’ve met lots of nice people while out on walks and bike rides. The villa itself is a beautiful place to live, with a gorgeous living area, a perfectly stocked and arranged kitchen, nice eating area with a bay window. The bedrooms are nicely arranged, the location is very quiet, and the air conditioning cools the place perfectly and quietly during this hot Florida summer. The neighborhood is just next door to the beautiful Naples Botanical Gardens. We’re only a few minutes from the amazing Gulf Beaches and the renowned Fifth Avenue, full of beautiful shops and a great assortment of restaurants. Naples itself is a sight to see, with so much shopping and dining.I’d recommend this particular unit to anyone interested in a great place to stay. The rental is top notch and the owner has been wonderful to work with.Stay here. You’ll love it.Bill Burkhart Fort Wayne, Indiana
