The condo is surrounded by walking paths and greenspace which makes it very unique for Cape Coral. Another popular spot is the Cape Coral Yacht Club with a nice beach and easy parking, Also at the Yacht Club is The Boat House Tiki Bar and Grill, a great place to listen to live music and enjoy the sunset , they have tables right on the beach. About the host: Hi, My wife and I from Chicago and recently purchased this condo to enjoy a little in the winter months when we can get down here. We plan on moving full time in a few years but until then we will rent it out.
Why this property? We choose this area to be close to my wife's father since he retired down here . We loved this property for the wide open areas and the private feeling you get sitting out on the lanai with nobody behind you just palm trees

Spent nearly four months in Cape Coral at this condo. Location is good with easy access to Fort Myers Beach and other Florida attractions. The condo is nicely furnished and has great kitchen appliances.It has everything you need for enjoying a meal at home. There are many restaurants in the area. The pool area is large and the exercise room well equipped. Would definitely recommend a stay here.
