This is an optional one-time fee for a 30 to 90 day reservation (1-3 months). This condo typically has this available for the summer months only. When playing Golf, Greens Fees are additional & include a Golf Cart and a warm-up bucket of range balls prior to round. Or, if you know folks that are members they might just invite you to golf this amazing course!
Kelly Greens also offers an optional 'Dining Only' Transfer Fee during the entire length of your reservation. These prices are set and managed by Kelly Greens.

The KeyWest Express to Key West of course is 10 minutes away -- book an Uber because they charge you to park (and who wants to drive anyway). The Key West Express will take you to Key West in about 3 hours on a beautiful huge catamaran. The seats are like an airplane seat and there is a bar and little restaurant too.
Wonderful walking and biking without leaving the gates. Several bike rental places are within 3 miles (search "bike rental" online).
Bunche Beach is very close; ride your bike and some people walk too. It is a nature preserve, very quiet. No commercial on it. You can rent kayaks and paddleboards there.

Yes, it is a covered parking space. There is also extra parking available.
Top floor corner so the lanai is bigger. The view of the water and the quiet are wonderful. The elevator is 2 steps outside the door (no, you can not hear it from the unit.) Your parking spot is close to the unit
So sorry. However, some months (June through October 1) the owner may allow you to transfer their membership (for a fee) and use it. Otherwise, golf with your friends!

You can buy a day pass, call the hotel for details. It allows you to enjoy the experience, enjoy the pool. etc. But you can always go to the sunset celebration which is on the deck on the East side of the street. The water view is great and they blow the conch shell just like in Key West! And the pictures of sunset are amazing!
