Welcome to “Hibiscus on the Lake” with a true south facing pool/spa. The villa has stunning, uninterrupted views of the largest lake with an island in the middle full of beautiful birds on Lake Berkley resort in Kissimmee. Being one of only seven villas with this south facing view you can be assured when the sun is shining it will be on you, great to relax, enjoy and listen to nature and watch wildlife from the pool deck. If you still want to enjoy the outdoor sun but fancy some shade the lanai is ideal for alfresco dining with picturesque views. The large pool deck hosts a private pool, hot tub and lanai with sun loungers, table and chairs.
The Villa boasts over 3000 ft.² of living space, five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The rear upstairs king bedroom has a stunning view to wake upto overlooking the lake. There’s fitted wardrobes with mirrored doors and freestanding units giving more than enough drawer space for all your clothes. Another mirror is wall hung. The tv is also mounted on the wall and a Roku box gives access to lots of channels. The 2 bedside lamps are ideally placed to save you hopping out of bed to switch the lights off. The upstairs family bathroom boasts a large walk in shower with sliding glass doors, sink with vanity unit, toilet, large wall hung mirror, comes equipped with hair dryer, straighteners, magnified mirror, socket ideal for rechargeable toothbrush, shaver etc, towels, weighing scales, plus potty and child’s toilet seat. The landing area has a desk with chair for any paperwork/office work that needs attention whilst you are on vacation. There is also a double USB and electric socket next to it. The upstairs themed Mickey Mouse twin bedroom will be an instant hit with the kids. Mickey bedding, lamp, rug, curtains, wall decor, plus multi change remote control colour LED lighting. The third upstairs bedroom is a themed Avengers room. It houses a full double bed plus a twin(single) bed. Remote control light with fan plus a large built in wardrobe with drawers. The tv is wall mounted with Roku.
The ground floor has a lake view master rear bedroom which houses a king bed with en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The en-suite has a corner bath, wash basin with vanity unit, walk in shower, toilet and walk in wardrobe. The view from the window is outstanding and will be hard to find with any other villa. Finally the fifth queen bedroom is at the front of the home and is ideally placed for the third bathroom. The downstairs bathroom benefits from a walk in shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, wall hung mirror, magnified mirror and sockets.
All bedrooms and living areas have TVs with Roku boxes giving access to lots of TV channels. Free high speed Wi-Fi is included for all our guests plus the use of a security safe. The large fully equipped games room is sure to be a favourite with everyone includes full size pool table, X box games console, air hockey, tv with Roku, lots of games, books and toys. The additional 2 sofas make it ideal to be used as an extra family room. The utility room is well equipped with washer, dryer, clothes airer, wash basket, iron and ironing board, plus lots of colourful pool towels etc. Tennis rackets, tennis balls and fishing rods are provided for guest use. For those of you with young children we provide a stroller, clip on sun parasol, travel cot, bed guard, 2 stair gates, clip on high chair, stand alone high chair, baby walker, baby rocker chair, playmat, toilet seat, potty, steam steriliser, children’s plates and utensils.
The open plan ground floor living area is fully tiled. There’s a formal dining area, a good sized lounge with unrivalled views overlooking the pool and lake. Alongside the kitchen there’s another dining table that also overlooks the pool and lake. The kitchen benefits from the usual crockery and utensils for inside use and a large selection of plastic items for outside use. There’s a slow cooker, electric George Foreman grill, a blender, coffee machine, kettle, toaster plus the normal larger kitchen appliances.
Lake Berkley is an upmarket gated community, guarded 24/7 for peace of mind. It benefits from a clubhouse with outdoor heated pool with splash area, gym, playground, tennis courts, basketball court, outdoor bbq’s and beach volleyball court. The trail around the largest lake is ideal for walking, jogging or just feeding the birds and listening to nature.
LOCATION: only 1 mile from the US192 near marker 14 and a large Supercenter Walmart you are never far away from restaurants, shopping or entertainment, but can still enjoy the peace and tranquility that Lake Berkley offers. Disney is approximately 8 miles (15 mins)) Old Town is approximately 4 miles, (10 mins), Orlando Vineland premium outlet is approximately 7 miles, Orlando International Airport is 20 miles, Celebration Golf Club is 5 miles.
