Our vacation home was completely renovated in 2020.
Kitchen has brand new appliances and is fully equipped, including refrigerator with ice maker, Keurig coffee maker and wine refrigerator.
Master bedroom has a king bed and adjoining bathroom with vanity and a walk in shower.
The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. Guest bathroom also has a walk in shower.
New living room furniture with a 65 inch wall hung TV.
The living area and both bedrooms open to the balcony.
Cable and wifi throughout.
Linens and beach equipment are furnished.

We have both rented and owned in South Seas Towers for 25+ years, and we have many happy memories of enjoying our time there with family and friends.
In 2011, we were thrilled when our daughter chose Marco Island for her wedding. While there, we saw this unit and immediately fell in love with the open, northwest view of the Gulf of Mexico and Tigertail Beach. Since then, we have enjoyed many morning cups of coffee and evening glasses of wine on the extended balcony.
As this is our vacation home, we elected to do a major renovation in the summer of 2020. When we are unable to be there, we open the unit for rental and use an island rental agency to manage rentals for us.
We do hope that you enjoy Marco Island our our vacation home as much as we do!
South Seas is a gated community with private beach access.
There is a heated, community pool and enclosed parking.
Per condo association rules, no pets are allowed and smoking is prohibited inside the building and on the balconies.
Viewable from the condo is the Gulf of Mexico (sunsets), Tigertail wildlife sanctuary, and Naples (on a clear day).
The 3 1/5 mile Marco Island Beach is located directly in front of the condo complex.
Tigertail Beach with facilities and water sport rentals is next door to the building. Also, the Marriott Hotel is a short walk down the beach for additional water activities.
Sand Dollar Island next to Tigertail is great for shelling.
