The kitchen is fully stocked including a Keurig duo and spices. All linens are provided along with 4 beach chairs, beach wagon, large umbrella and cooler. (Bring your own beach towels.) Full size washer and dryer are in condo for your use and Smart TVs in each room have Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+ included.
Grand Panama Beach Resort is located on the world famous, Emerald Coast, in Panama City Beach, Florida. The Resort offers 2 pools (both heated seasonally), hot tubs, a kiddie pool, full-service tiki bar and grill, coffee bar, private parking garage, 24 hour security, fitness center, and a general store. We stayed at Grand Panama Resort #901 tower one. It is a 3 bed 2 bath condo with bunks in the hall. The condo is wonderful. Beautifully decorated! It has everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. They even had warm fluffy blankets on the couch and beds. The weather was quite cold, we even had snow, but we made the most of it. Spent some time in the hot tub. My daughter would wrap up in a blanket every morning and sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise. She said it was the most restful vacation ever! We love staying on the ocean. I would most definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone.

We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked for next year. The condo is nicely decorated and has amazing views of the Gulf. The sunsets were stunning. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Was great to have a washer/dryer in the unit. Best of all was the owner, she was always quick to reply and very professional to work with. We have stayed at The Grand Panama Beach Resort for the last two years because it is well maintained and very clean. The only negative this year is that the Gulf front pool was supposed to be heated. We heard the GPB resort had a problem getting parts. I hope it will be resolved as our grandchildren prefer using that pool. Looking forward to 2024!

The unit has very comfortable beds and furniture. Also very pretty. Nice balcony with a great view. They even had some spices and trash bags for us. Only thing I would say is the knives are not sharp, no cutting board or glass casserole dishes so bring those if you need. We loved the walk in shower and easy access to the beach. NO stairs! We Will be staying in this unit again!

We had such a wonderful stay! The condo layout was perfect for our family. The condo was very clean and well-stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Having daily access to the beach wagon and chairs were a huge bonus. The ocean views were magnificent and we loved spending lots of time on the balcony. Sharon kept us well-informed from booking to checkout and was so easy to work with. A gift and personalized note when we arrived were additional examples of how Sharon goes above and beyond for guests. We will definitely book this condo again when we return to PCB!
