This luxurious home overlooking the Atlantic Ocean is part of Sunrise Beach Resort, an exclusive gated community built in 2007 with only 10 other homes. We are 80 feet the water's edge facing Southwest. Lounge in your private hammock or enjoy the gorgeous tropical landscaping and cool breezes on one of two balconies, dock or poolside, where you can soak up the sun steps from the house. Breathtaking southwest views of the blue-green ocean and sunsets can be seen from either balcony.

Your boat, up to 25 feet, can be kept at the dock for your entire stay in the calm waters directly behind the house. I pay for you to store your trailer off-site at Cudjoe Gardens Marina where the closest ramp is. Looe Key is an amazing reef 45 minutes by boat where you’ll find the most beautiful snorkeling and diving reefs in the keys. American Shoal Reef can be seen from the house five miles offshore, with the excellent fishing, snorkeling and diving. Fish or kayak right off the end of the dock or you can venture out to experience the history and action in Key West located only 17 miles away. In the immediate area you’ll find several very good restaurants, a gym/wellness center, and Cudjoe Garden’s Marina, a full service marina offering boat rentals. The only 18-hole miniature golf course in the keys is located 15 minutes away. Bahia Honda State Park and the Dolphin Research Center, which offers dolphin encounters, are other area attractions.

Damage and incidentals You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. A security deposit of $250 will be collected and refunded promptly after cleaning fee is left for housekeeping and no damage reported.
: My wife and I are retired and enjoy travelling and our visits to stay right here in the lower keys. We love the peaceful area, nice homes and beautiful waters.
Why this property?
We vacationed in the keys several times a year staying in various chain hotels and mom and pop boutique hotels for many years. Then we found this home for sale on Cudjoe Key, the perfect location in our opinion. Fortunately, it is also one of the lucky few home allowed to rent on a weekly basis. Most homes have a 28 day minimum by law.
We wish we would have stayed longer. The views were fantastic. Very clean and organized. The access to Marina allowed us to bring our boat. The attention to detail by the owners exceeded those of any hotel we have stayed at. After staying here will, we will no longer stay at a Key West hotel. This was much better. This is truly a hidden gem. We plan on bringing our children next go-round.

The owner was in contact quickly. The property was very clean and an excellent location for taking the boat out. Key West is very close. Plently of restaurants arpund and The Square Grouper restaurant is rihht around the corner and has amazing food. We love staying at the property and will definitely be back.

Our stay was perfect! This was our first trip to the Keys and we loved the location of the property. The home had everything we needed and more! Super clean and John made the process so easy.

The house very comfortable and pleasant. It was convenient to Key West, yet far enough for relaxation. The only downside was that the snorkel equipment was not functional and the large coffee pot seemed to be broken. Despite the faults, I would recommend the house to my friends and family.

We had a wonderful time staying at John’s property. The house was beautiful and clean! The grounds were nice and very convenient when staying with a large group (we rented 3 units). John was very responsive, always easy to reach and answer any questions I had. We had a great time and will be back again!

Well kept clean condo and good host. The host has a nice binder with information and local things to do with mile markers. I would have liked to have the list emailed to me before we came to plan more efficiently. Accurate listing.
Condo is beautifully appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed being close to Key West without having to pay Key West rental rates. Just the right size complex.
