Welcome to our piece of paradise. Our condo is located in Ocean Village in the Catamaran 2 cluster, 4th floor with elevator. We just completed a total renovation everything is new! It has a beautiful golf course view.
Ocean Village is located in South Hutchinson Island, about 2 miles south of the Fort Pierce Inlet.
No pets are allowed per HOA rules. NO SMOKING IN THE UNIT

About the host

: Jim and I live in Ponte Vedra Beach, just 3 hours north of Fort Pierce. We were looking for a home away from home. We felt in love with Ocean Village and all the amenities it offers. We remodeled our condo for us, to our living standards.

Since we live so close to our condo we enjoy to stay for weeks at the time and decided to rent it during the high season with a minimum of 90 days in between December-April. We are open to rent other months.

Why this property?

This condo is amazing! everything is new and/or upgraded. It has two suites, one balcony plenty of closet space, comes with everything you need to have a great time. We have rented this condo 1 time during the high season and references can be provided. Big screen smart TVs. We just sold the other condo in OV .

Very nice, updated condo.

The condo is very nice. It has been recently updated with a contemporary feel. It is fully equipped with everything you need. The view is awesome as well with awesome view of sunrise. We stayed 3 months, December through March. The only negatives is the main pool situation and cancelation of pickelball while there.
