This spacious vacation rental home in Orlando is ideal for large families, accommodating up to 14 guests. The property features 7 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, including two King Master Suites—one located on each floor. The first-floor suite includes a walk-in shower and a separate garden tub for added convenience. Bedrooms 3 and 4 also have King beds, while Bedroom 5 contains one Queen bed. Bedrooms 6 and 7 are furnished with a set of Twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV for your entertainment.
The family room features comfortable leather sofas, a wide-screen plasma TV, and a DVD player. With views of the pool area, it's the perfect spot to relax after a busy day exploring the attractions in Orlando, Florida. There is also additional sofa seating in the front living room, which is ideal for entertaining guests. The house offers plenty of dining options with a dining room, an eat-in kitchen, and a patio table with chairs. The common areas have tile flooring, making cleaning easy, and the open, spacious kitchen is great for preparing family meals.
This home features a private, screened-in pool and a heated spa, along with a covered lanai that provides shade on sunny days. The pool area is equipped with loungers for sunbathing. Inside, the game room offers a variety of entertainment options, including a Ping-Pong table, a Foosball table, and a television. During your stay, you will also have access to additional amenities at the Emerald Island Resort, which requires an express entry fee of $20.00 per vehicle for the duration of your stay.

Area Information
Emerald Island Resort is located only 3 miles from Walt Disney World. Guests can also easily reach the newly developed Jimmy Buffett Margaritaville by exiting through the main gates of Emerald Island.
There are several liquor and grocery stores, including Wal-Mart, Target, and Publix, located near our Disney properties. Additionally, you can find many shopping plazas with restaurants nearby, as well as all the dining options available at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. For those interested in golf, there are several golf courses within a few miles, along with two mini-golf courses. Shopping is also easily accessible. In case of any medical emergencies, a hospital, drug stores, and an urgent care clinic are all within a 5-10 minute drive.
Old Town Kissimmee is located about 10 minutes away and features 8 restaurants, 75 shops, and 18 amusement rides. Other attractions, such as the Amway Center, Downtown Orlando, and Church Street, are approximately 30 minutes away. For shopping enthusiasts, the Premium Outlets, Mall at Millenia, and Florida Mall are just a 20-25 minute drive.
Several other attractions, including the Orange County Convention Center, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Halloween Horror Nights, City Walk, Islands of Adventure, SeaWorld, International Drive, and Volcano Bay, are all within a 15-20 minute drive. Orlando International Airport is about a 25-minute drive away.
All Disney World parks (including Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Typhoon Lagoon, and Blizzard Beach), AMC movie theaters, Disney Springs, and Cirque du Soleil Orlando are approximately a 5-15 minute drive from our home rentals near Disney. If you're interested in visiting Daytona Beach, it is about a 60-minute drive. Busch Gardens is a 45-minute drive away, while Tampa Aquarium and Clearwater Beach are approximately 1½ hours away.

About the host: My name is Marisela. I purchased this property as a getaway for my grandchildren to ensure they have opportunities I didn't have. I reside in New York and visit as often as I can, making upgrades each time to help our guests feel at home.
Why this property? Why choose this property? We chose Emerald Island primarily for its impressive location and proximity to all the Disney parks. The resort is highly rated and is surrounded by a growing number of shops and restaurants along Route 192. We continually strive to improve and upgrade our property to ensure it is attractive and charming for our guests, making them feel right at home.
After a long day at the parks, there’s nothing better than relaxing in your own space while the kids enjoy the game room or pool. Meanwhile, adults can unwind in the heated spa. Emerald Island Resort also offers a community pool, workout facilities, and a tiki bar. We aim to create the ideal experience for our guests, ensuring they have a truly memorable stay!

How do we gain entry to the home?
Access to the entry is controlled by an electronic lock. Approximately one week prior to your arrival, we will send you an email with a code that will allow you to unlock the door and gain entry. You may arrive at any time after the standard check-in time.
Can we check-in early or late?
If there are no other guests departing on your arrival date, you may have the option to adjust your arrival time by paying a Day Rate. This allows you to check in as early as 8:00 AM. This feature helps us organize our preparations to accommodate early arrivals.
Please note that, due to the scheduling of our cleaning crews, we cannot offer late check-outs. However, if there are no other guests arriving on your departure date, you can arrange for an extra day of rental. The Day Rate covers the entire period from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM as a single time block.If there are no other guests departing on your arrival date, you may have the option to adjust your arrival time by paying a Day Rate. This allows you to check in as early as 8:00 AM. This feature helps us organize our preparations to accommodate early arrivals.

Can we park on the street because we have two or more cars?
Parking on the street is permitted, including overnight. However, Emerald Islands has a monthly even and odd parking system based on the last digit of your property address. Since the property address is odd, during even months, you must park across the street, while in odd months, you can park on the property side. Please do not block driveways or park on the grass or any part of the sidewalk, as Code Enforcement officers actively issue tickets for these violations.
Are service animals, comfort animals orpets allowed in this home?
This home is designated as a PET FREE home (including the game room area). Pets and animals are not allowed to be brought into this home to maintain a NO PET DANDER condition within the home to protect guests who suffer allergies to animal dander.

What a lovely place Be Our Guest is, weve just come back and are depressed now..... The villa was well kept, equiped, clean & pleasant. The owner and the management company couldnt do enough for us. The pool was in constant sunshine, to us it was perfect..... The location was so close to World Drive, and a Walmart and the 192. We loved it.....

The dreams really do come true house was perfect for us! I rented the house for seven women to attend our sorority’s national convention at one of the Disney resorts. We each had our own bedroom, we were very comfortable and felt at home. The house was nicely, decorated, and well appointed. We even got to enjoy some time in the beautiful pool. Kevin and Marisela were very responsive to every inquiry and even went out of their way to have an item left behind shipped to my friend at no charge to her.

It was centrally located and lots of space for our family! We were minutes from grocery stores, parks and shopping. Really enjoyed the space and the convenient location. Three generations, 9 adults and 7 children enjoyed this amazing home. It was the first trip we have been able to all be together. None of us live close, so everyone got to spend lots of time together making cherished memories. Kevin and Marisela are wonderful hosts who make sure you have a comfortable time. Their home is equipped with everything you need, has lots of space for kids and adults, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. We were there over Christmas and New Years and we’re treated to fabulous fireworks while sitting in the pool and hot tub. The attractions are quite close, as well as shopping. The pool has 2 safety features so we didn’t have to worry too much. Thank you so much for sharing your hom with us!

We booked "Dreams Come True" in Kissimmee, FL for our first Disney Trip with the Grandkids and the house was simply perfect. The property is in a beautiful gated community with a nice community center. The house accommodated our 6 Adults; 2 Teens; and 4 Kids just fine with plenty of space. Very lovely house, plenty of room for big family needs. Very close to Disney and stores. Was a lovely quiet time and the children all enjoyed the private pool. Barbecue grill came in very handy for our needs. All in all a great family vacation home. Had a couple mechanical issues, but that comes with any home and owner fixing right away. Definitely a great stay for the money. We loved it there and hated to come home...lol!

This place is every thing you need and want, feel like you are at home. The property was very cleaned and fully equipped. Plenty of space and very comfortable. There is so much to do, with many great restaurants near by. not to mention how closed Disney is. My next vacation will be here.
