The Best Ever

We have rented many properties in Florida over the years, well this one was just outstanding everything in the pictures are true, very comfortable beds, very clean house, everything you could possibly need, the home entertainment system is excellent, brilliant sound also youtube Tv, the amount of channels is unbelievable We included pool/spa heating for our 3 week vacation this was totally brilliant the spa was very hot just perfect in the evening and worked flawlessly and perfectly the hottest one we have ever had. The villa itself is located in a private estate with remote gated access, very safe and peaceful. Honestly absolutely everything was just perfect that good we are doing it all over again next year 25. The property owner is undoubtedly brilliant, he looked after our needs during Hurricane Milton making sure we had everything needed to ride it out. Trust me this owner/host will do his absolute best to make sure you're vacation is as smooth as can be, usually they get the money and couldn't care less in my opinion. Such a great value for price

House looks just like pictures. We found all amenities and appliances in house as pictures. House was extremely clean and did not disappoint. This house has plenty of space. What pictures do not show is a quite gated community only 20 mns drive from disney. This made our vacation so much better.We have stayed in this area before. But this house goes a step further in amenities. Not only that this house a top notch grill, it also has additional stoves, breakfast griddle, and kitchen sink all in outside kitchen area. They also do not charge anything extra for these extra items.

West haven vacation

Great place to stay!

We've rented in the Davenport area for 9 years and this home was in the best location by far! A big reason we like this area is because we have access to both Florida coasts without long drives.The home itself was great! We liked eating outdoors and the outdoor kitchen allowed us to cook outdoors without requiring us to go into and out of the house for food and drinks. An issue we had with pool heat was quickly addressed and resolved.

Best Family Vacation Ever

Location, location, location! So convenient to all the parks, yummy restaurants, shopping and sites! Easy to book and communicate with the host (direct contact). We had the absolute best family vacation staying here. The house easily accommodated 8 people! As soon as we entered the gated community we knew we were in a safe kid friendly neighborhood. Next time we will bring our bikes for an evening stroll. During our stay we were able to swim, cook (including grilling) and even have an Easter Egg hunt! As a parent of young children it was so much easier and comforting to be able to watch my girls in a pool in the backyard instead of stressing at a crowded resort. Having multiple bedrooms and bathrooms allowed everyone to have their own space and no fighting over shower time! Best vacay!
