This is a very nice two bedroom condo in Foxfire. It is on the top floor of a three floor building which has an elevator.
It feels much more spacious and open than condos of similar size because the living room, dining room and kitchen have cathedral ceilings. You can't see the cathedral ceiling in the pictures so I'ii update them next time around.
Last year new diagonal 24 inch travertine floor tiles were installed in the bedroom side of the condo. At the same time new front windows were installed along with a cherry wall hung vanity and makeup area in the master bathroom area. Also included in this renovation project were new wide moldings and fresh paint.
The rear screened in lanai has a nice view of a lake, the golf course, and trees. The lanai pictures are outdated since the same 24 inch diagonal floor tiles were also installed in the lanai replacing the outdoor carpet.

This condo is in Foxfire which is a safe gated community. There is a social membership fee that gives you all club privilege's except golf. If you pay the golf transfer fee it includes the social membership also.
Foxfire's golf includes 27 outstanding championship quality holes. The course was recently renovated and is in great condition. The renovations included renovations to the driving range and the short game practice areas.
Foxfire has a main swimming pool, bocce courts, and tennis courts. This condo includes pickleball, tennis, and a smaller community pool.
Foxfire recently completed a major renovation project that included a new cart barn and a state of the art exercise facility looking out over the opening fairway and putting of the three .
Foxfire also added a new halfway house between the bocce courts, the tennis courts and the golf course. The also totally renovated the grill room to add inside/outside dining, entertainment, fire pits, etc.
Foxfire has three nine hole courses that have always been great to play. The entire course is being renovated and all fairways are being re-grassed with one of the latest generation golf course grasses that will make the ball sit up well on the fairways and make the rough more consistent and playable. This is a full sized golf layout and is one of the finest courses in the area.
It is close to the historic downtown Naples area and the beaches. Many new communities are being built further out but you can not beat Foxfires location.
Directly across the street from Foxfire is a nice Publix supermarket and many small stores and restaurants.
There is a shopping plaza across the street from the main entrance with a supermarket, bars and restaurants, Starbucks, etc, etc
Many great bars, restaurants and shops are in down town historic Naples which is just a short drive away.
Naples has about 50 fantastic pickleball courts about a 12 minuite drive away.
The condo has one queen bed and twin beds converted into a queen bed that can be separated for two twin beds upon request.
