Located at 2396 Scenic Gulf Drive, this one bedroom/one bath condo is the ideal vacation destination for couples and families. The balcony offers a spectacular Gulf view, as well as overlooking the pool and spa just below.
Fully equipped, Summerspell 202 offers a very comfortable king bed, “crew bunks” in the hallway, and a queen fold out couch that is also very comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with all necessary utensils to prepare family dinners or snacks—there’s even a patio electric grill so you can hang out on the balcony, enjoy the sunset, cold beverages and prepare your favorite grilled lunch or dinner!
The living room offers a 50” smart tv or enjoy a 36” tv in the master bedroom.
Just steps away is the famous Pompano Joe’s Seafood Restaurant directly on the beach. A great “happy hour” each day and outstanding, as well as outstanding local seafood.
Come stay with us and you will be certain to return often and soon!
Unique Benefits
The Gulf view from Summerspell 202 is breathtaking. Often during the year, the sun drops into the Gulf directly off the balcony creating some of the most dramatic sunsets you might ever see. The new spa is incredible seating up to 10 people comfortably. The pool is heated from November through March, making winter month’s enjoyable.
Parking is free and just one floor below the condo.
Summerspell also offers coin/credit card washers and dryers on the first floor, just below the condo.
Why Kids Love It
Kids will love the easy beach access as well as the pool and spa located just below the condo and within easy view from the condo balcony. Don’t be surprised to see dolphin swimming by in the Gulf from the balcony. While we don’t guarantee available beach chairs and wave boards, there are always some available in the storage chest on the balcony. Just up the street is Alvin’s Island—great shopping for gifts and beach items for the kids!
Summerspell is a small and quaint condo complex of only 30 condos located on Scenic Gulf Drive which uniquely runs parallel for approximately 4 miles. Along those 4 miles is a walking/bike path to get some exercise and see some of the spectacular homes and condo along the way. From the condo, you are an easy walk to some of Destin’s best beach restaurants, motorsport rentals and shopping for the kids. Might also start your day with a walk up to “Badass Coffee” for some pretty good guava!
Summerspell is also just a few minute drive to outstanding shopping on Highway 98 including Silver Sands Outlet Mall and the newly expanded Destin Commons.
Dinning of any and every type is abundant close by and in each direction from Summerspell 202. Excellent Chinese, Italian, Mexican, and seafood/steaks are a short distance away?

Loved the location as close to all, but also a little quiet oasis--the bathroom is small--there was only two of us so fine but would be difficult for 4. Also, nothing at all in the kitchen--not even salt and pepper. So make sure you bring all supplies
