About this rental
Located on the famous scenic 30A, this new building is in the center of the Gulf Place community. It's just a 2 minute walk to the beach, or any of the 3 pool/2 hot tub locations. Gulf Place offers on-site bike rentals for the well known 30A scenic bike path, great restaurants, ice cream shops and boutiques, This new condo overlooks the Beautiful Amphitheater where you will have a great view for all festivals, events, and activities. It's also close to Seaside, and about 30 miles from Panama City Beach.
This condo is brand new, so everything is new! New tile flooring throughout, new comfy mattresses and a fully furnished kitchen! But if you don't want to cook, restaurants are all around you, including the Perfect Pig next door!

* After submitting your booking request, you will receive an email with a link to electronically sign our rental agreement and addendum. Please complete that right away, so that you don't lose your reservation request. We will accept the first reservation request that meets our criteria and completes all necessary paperwork.

You can spot rare and threatened species at Point Washington State Forest. Or visit Deer Lake State Park where you can take the boardwalk across the dunes that offers easy access to the beach where you can picnic, fish or swim.
It is also full of history as it is home to the historic community of Point Washington, where you can see the Wesley Mansion that was built in the 1890’s and is now Eden Gardens State Park.
Spend your afternoon exploring the area by bike. You can choose to pedal or there are electric options with guided tours of all the hotspots to include restaurants, breweries in the area, or art galleries.
If you love food, you can enjoy everything from fresh seafood or sushi to Mexican food or rustic Italian. Santa Rosa Beach offers any type of cuisine that you’re in the mood for.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Gulf Place 301. We had no issues throughout our stay and enjoyed the beach amenities in the storage locker downstairs. We traveled with a large group of people and were very impressed with the location and condition of the property. We will definitely be back!

The unit is clean and nicely decorated. The location is closed to the Public Beach entrance. The area has several great restaurants and small shops. The only issue we had was with the internet, it is extremely slow. The unit has 4 tv one in each bedroom and one in the living room. You can only use one tv at the time. The rental company was great and I will definitely use the again.

We have stayed at Gulf Place for several years. This was the first time in this unit, and it was perfect. Very large space with plenty of room, nice L shaped patio looking over the gulf place courtyard & shops, beautiful view of the ocean, & easy access to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were easy to work with and very responsive. We truly enjoyed our stay!

This condo was beautiful, clean and so spacious. The pictures and listing information were accurate and the views of the gulf from the balcony and second bedroom were actually better than photographed. It is so close to shopping, eating and the beach access, which makes walking everywhere such a breeze. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay here again.

This condo was exactly what I needed for a relaxing weekend away. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, it was only a block from the sandy beach and the neighborhood had great shopping and restaurants only a few steps away. I cant wait to go back.

This was our second time in the condo. Check in was so easy via text with door code and even a text for an early check in. The online guide to services and rules of the condo were helpful. The condo was clean on our arrival and kitchen well equipped. So appreciate laundry facility in the condo! Bonus lots of hangers! We have stayed places where you are lucky to get 5. They have have lots of hangers! The condo is in Gulf Place. Lots of shops and restaurants near by. We really enjoyed Shunk Gulley and The Vue. Our favourite part is being able to sit on the balcony and see the water.it is a corner unit so really the balcony wraps around. Perfect for Morning coffee or an afternoon beverage! One more reason …a 5 minute walk to the most beautiful white sandy beach!

We ran down to the beach for a quick weekend stay and found this condo to be a great find. It is not on the beach but an easy walk through the Gulf Place area to 3 different path ways to the beach. The condo lay out is great essentially 2 master BR. Also had one bunk bed room. The common areas were very roomy and nicely decorated. We had most of what we needed in the kitchen as well. The rental company replied right away when there was a question or need. We would stay there again

We have stayed in Gulf Place properties for over 15 years. The new building is wonderful and easy to navigate. Love the quiet pool nearby. Many fun activities for my family. We will try to stay here again in the future.
