This is a non-smoking unit and the Sand Dollar does not allow pets. Unfortunately, we do not have a kiddie pool and infants with diapers are not allowed in our pool or hot tub, by order of the Health Department.
Walk to Sunglow Fishing Pier. Bicycle on beach to Water Park, Amusement area, Ponce Inlet Lighthouse, Marine Science Center nearby. A 10 minute drive to world famous Daytona 500 Speedway. A 75 minute drive to Orlando, Disney World, Sea World, St Augustine, Kennedy Space Center . Golf Courses within a 20 - 30 minute drive (or less).

Spectacular Ocean View

Beautiful view from 3rd floor
We highly recommend this condo right on the beach!The best part of our stay was the views we got from our balcony, living room and master bedroom. Beautiful sunrises, listening to the waves from our balcony morning, noon and night was so relaxing. One of the highlights, was the view of several stormy nights, watching the lightening shows over the ocean. Nicely decorated, with plenty of seating in the kitchen, living room and balcony, with a view of the jacuzzi, pool and beach.Note the pictures of the furniture has been updated!1. Cathy, the owner was very accommodating. She even went out and bought an electric tea pot, since I am a tea drinker. 2. Very comfy king beds in both rooms. However, the master bedroom bed had risers, so for a 5' person, it was a challenge to get in and out of bed. LOL 3. Kitchen was well stocked as advertised. 4. Plenty of lounge & beach chairs & towels. Cathy even had games, puzzle and beach toys for children. 5. We were pleased that the parking garage was secured with a remote control entry. 6. The subdue beach was fairly quiet at times, not a spring break type atmosphere.
