Our condominium is in the beautiful, gated complex of Gulf and Bay Club on Siesta key Beach, one of the top beaches in America! It has a very large kitchen, 2 King bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has been updated with a new King bed and gel mattress, updated bathrooms, new kitchen quartz counter tops and a gel foam queen sleeper sectional. ( we also have provided a queen blow up mattress for extra guests.)
The living area boasts a new 65" smart TV , with free WiFi, with smaller TVs in each bedroom. Relax in our rocker recliners on our enclosed balcony. The pool is HUGE and the white quartz sands of Siesta Key Beach compare to none!
Our building is in a great location at Gulf and Bay, as it is one of two buildings right next to the less walking to the beach and pool. There is a great workout facility complete with indoor jacuzzi, outdoor BBQ grills,3 pools and tennis and pickle ball courts.Siesta Key Village is just a mile away with lots of restaurants and shops.
As it is a 28 day rental, mid month maid service and cleaning can be arranged for a fee.
The beach is private and there are beach chairs included. Our complex is gated, for added security. We have lit paths and ponds with colored fountains at night. it truly is a very lovely resort. I know you will love it here!

About the host

: My husband and I have been married for 45 years. We have four wonderful daughters and 4 wonderful son-in-laws and along with them 16 amazing grandchildren have been added! We live on one of 10,000 lakes in Minnesota..... and we love the snow!!!

Why this property?

But we also love Siesta Key! Our complex is really beautiful and the pool is HUGE, and near to the beach. Our condo is in E Building which is one of the buildings closest to the pool and beach. I appreciate that greatly, as it is still a walk to the water, since the beach is so large. The work out facilities are really beautiful, along with the indoor jacuzzi. it is a gated complex, so it is very safe.
We love our condo, but because our home is in Minnesota, we will be renting it out, so others can love it too!
