Great location in a safe, quiet neighborhood

Beautiful home! Great location, with many restaurants, shopping, beaches, and activities nearby. We absolutely loved our stay, and our kids are already asking when we can go back! There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The kitchen was stocked well, making mealtimes spent at home a breeze. The beds were clean and comfortable, and our kids loved having a tv in their rooms for a night time movie. Every room had a closet, with plenty of hangers for hanging clothes (there's a pack-n-play, too, for littles). The highlight of the home is definitely the outdoor lanai! Our kids loved getting to swim in the saltwater pool every day. The included pool toys were a hit! It was a great way to cool off after a day out in the Florida sunshine. The backyard is pretty private, and it was so peaceful and relaxing. We also really loved the game and puzzle closet for the stormy days. Beach days were made easier with the use of their rolling cart, umbrella, beach chairs, sand toys, and plenty of beach towels. There was even a little owl ("Fred") perched outside on the door every day, which made our kids so happy to see when we'd head out for the day. On top of all of this, Jaime is a great host! Quick to respond to text messages, and she checked in to make sure everything was going well. Highly, highly recommend!

Amazing

We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Royal Palms over Thanksgiving this year. The property was absolutely perfect for my family of 5, and our small dog. My 3 daughters used the pool everyday, and we enjoyed the properties many amenities. The kitchen was well stocked, and I had everything I needed to make Thanksgiving dinner for my family. The location couldn't be better. The neighborhood was quiet, felt safe, and easy access to all that Cape Coral/Fort Myers has to offer. Jaime was attentive and offered suggestions on activities in the area for our family vacation. I would absolutely recommend Casa Royal Palms to to anyone visiting the area. 5 stars for sure.

Perfect getaway!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a vacation rental in Cape Coral, Florida, and I must say, it was an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! I cannot recommend this property enough for anyone looking to have a memorable and relaxing getaway.The vacation rental itself was a true gem. From the moment I arrived at the property. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances needed to prepare meals, and the living areas were cozy and inviting. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained.One of the highlights of the vacation rental was the outdoor space. The property had a stunning pool and patio area, complete with comfortable loungers and a dining area. I spent countless hours relaxing by the pool, soaking up the Florida sunshine, and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Vacation home with the most!

Casa Royal Palms has it all! We felt we won the lottery from the moment we opened the front door and tropical scents filled the air. The kitchen is loaded with everything you need as if it were your own home to cook/grill and enjoy meals. The bedrooms are peaceful and cozy where we all enjoyed a good night's rest or a mid day siesta. They had everything you can imagine to go to the beach: chairs, cooler, cart, sand toys, beach cruisers, towels, etc. The pool and outdoor living area was where we spent majority of our time to just all hangout, swim, grill, play games, watch movies in the pool, and enjoy quality time together. The house allowed plenty of space for everyone to enjoy meals together or sneak away for nap or quiet time as well. It was the perfect clean and spacious vacation home for our family. The host was extremely responsive and helpful with everything we needed. We can't imagine staying anywhere else.

Wonderful Stay!

Our family of 8 had such a great time this past week at Casa Royal Palms! The host was great, very attentive and had suggestions on local eating places and activities as well as being available to answer any questions we had during our stay. The house was set up very nice which made our stay even more enjoyable! From kitchen items, to pool, to beach - we had everything we needed to truly enjoy our stay. The outdoor patio and pool area was where we spent a lot of our time, also with a great setup for comfort and relaxation! Thank you for being such a great host and sharing your home with our family!

Beautiful home! Awesome Communication and Hospitality!

We just returned from a week stay with our kids ages 6, 8 and 10. The home was beautifully decorated and updated! Made our stay so enjoyable. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need which allowed us to save some money and eat a few meals in with the kids. The bedrooms are spacious and so cute! The pool area is amazing, especially at night-SO beautiful. My kids loved the lights in the pool and watched movies on the outdoor TV while swimming every night! The adults loved the seating area and the outdoor lighting/ambiance. There are huge doors that open up to the pool area that made it so accommodating to hang by the pool with the kids and watch TV/movies on the outdoor TV. Owners were beyond accommodating, answering any and all questions promptly, even going out of their way to find us recommendations and were so flexible on check in and check out times based on who was checking out before us and checking out after us, allowed us to enjoy our travel days so much more!!! Not enough great things to say about this property!!

Beautiful home

We loved our stay here with family! It was the perfect place to relax, swim, play games and cook. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s beautiful inside and out. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We hope to stay again in the future!

Comfortable, clean, quiet, perfect

Our stay at Casa Royal Palms was great! We stayed for a few weeks in Jan 2022. It was comfortable, clean, smelled good & there were nice touches of comfort. There’s a nice private backyard with a beautiful perfect sized pool where you can watch a big screen TVs & great patio area with plenty of seating. Thr neighborhood was quiet & great for walks, as well, super close to a lot of great places. There’s even an owl sanctuary in the neighborhood - so cute! The owners were great & super easy to work with. We will definitely recommend & be back! Thank you!

Beautiful beach style home. Stay in and enjoy all the amazing home has to offer, including a relaxing pool float, shoot some baskets, or watch a game on the large screen tv.
