The Villa South Beach is located directly on one of the countless canals in the south-west of Cape Coral.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which offer space for a total of 6 people and is therefore very suitable for couples and families.

The open plan kitchen/living room with sliding door to the terrace and pool, which can be heated on request, creates a special ambience.

The living area and the open kitchen are modern and fully equipped. Here, special mention should be made of the stereo system, which has both indoor and outdoor speakers.

The kitchen has a fridge / freezer with ice maker, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, stove and dishwasher and much more.

The master bedroom has a king size bed the two guest bedrooms each have a double bed.

The patio area including the pool is protected by a cage (insect net) to keep out leaves, grass and insects. One of the bathrooms is directly accessible from the pool area. The existing sun loungers invite you to linger. The terrace is equipped with a Weber gas grill and a covered dining area for 6 people.

In addition, you can also enjoy Cape Coral's evenings under the tiki hat or on the lounge chairs on the boat dock.

Free wifi is of course available. The villa also has air conditioning in all rooms.

Additionally available in the villa are: a washer and dryer, a ping pong table and two bicycles.
