Once lease agreement is signed, there will be no refunds to tenant. However, we understand that sometimes beyond your control, plans change. If cancellation is received in writing 90 or more days before occupancy we will immediately market the property and will do our best to find another tenant to take over the dates of your reservation. If we are successful, and the home is rented for the cancellation period and owner fully compensated, we will refund all monies received less $750 cancellation/ re-processing fee.
Wonderful Stay
This excellent property was exactly as described. It is set in a lovely, quiet location and within walking distance to the beach. It was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. It was beautifully furnished and decorated. The kitchen was equipped with all the appliances, utensils etc we could possibly need. The master bathroom was amazing. Communication with host was very easy and straightforward. Would definitely recommend.
